Excellent service. Friendly and hard working staff. I've never really had serious pain with my teeth or gums until this year. I've always had great service here but felt after my recent experience, I should really add a great review. Time and care was taken in solving all my issues with my gums and teeth... I had 3 visits and good advice that calmed the pain in my mouth, 2 visits within the space of one day even! Thank you for your help.

Going here there has been excellent customer/patient service and care. Such caring and professional staff during my turn of the appointment . One of the friendliest practice I’ve been to. Shocking how people will stoop to ruin honest hardworking people’s reputation for their own gain ! So indecent ! Give more credit to the NHS workers working all week for us!

The hands-down best dental surgery I've ever been to. I am phobic of dental treatment and had avoided the dentist for a while as I have panic attacks. I have tried repeatedly to explain my involuntary behaviour to dentists in the past. They told me I was overreacting and they are good with nervous patients, only to behave shocked and annoyed when I have the panic attack I just warned them about. Every member of staff here went above and beyond to help me and I have been able to have regular visits and descaling/polishing, and now have had the fillings I needed done. I am so grateful to all of the employees of 151 dental.

Fearful, traumatised and embarrassed, I recently broke a tooth and needed to visit a dentist after a 19 year hiatus - an awful experience in childhood left me phobic. From the first contact through to the last, the combined efforts of Uzma and Kim reassured, comforted and emboldened me with a gentle and confident service I’ve never experienced from medical staff before. Uzma has mastered the capacity to conduct what are ostensibly brutal dental procedures such as extraction while talking you through every part of the process with a gentle reassurance and softness of voice that you can feel bringing your heart rate down and nerves dissipating into thin dental hygiene smelling air. Meanwhile, her co-star Kim efficiently and intuitively goes about her work in a fashion akin to the seemingly telepathic attackers of a football team; De Bruyne and Foden or Scholes and Van Nistelrooy perhaps. I required a number of procedures but aptly left with a smile each time. I highly recommend 151 Dental.

Excellent location, convenient for local community. Very clean premises and waiting area. Handy displays to read while waiting. The receptionist has a friendly and kind manner which puts you at ease. Best dentist I've been treated by; Dr Uzma Rajah is excellent with all of her patients, whether children or anxious adult. The one time I had a complaint it was dealt with promptly, and I mean really swiftly! Thank you and please keep up the good work 🌸

I used my local dentist for Invisalign treatment and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was always conscious of my smile because my teeth were crooked before and for the first time in a long time I can now smile confidently :) I’d like to give a special thank you to Dr. Fazil Rahmani for his exceptional service and hard work. He is a very efficient, highly skilled and clearly experienced dental practitioner - the best I have seen. He gave me some great advice and I would recommend his services to anyone. I’m also very grateful to his assistants, Rebecca and Brooke who made sure the whole experience was easy - they showed great empathy and ensured patients’ safety from start to finish. They also very kindly made sure that my appointments fit around my busy work life! I wish them both the very best in the bright careers they have ahead of them. Also thank you to Helen for her friendly customer care and for arranging my last-minute emergency appointments for my tooth ache. She is always calm and understanding.

What a fantastic dental practise! I've registered here having had a bad experience with a previous dentist, so was very nervous about treatment. I didn't need to be. My dentist at 151 is incredibly professional, and has a lovely calm manner which really put me at ease. I had to have a tooth out and didn't even feel that she'd done it! I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practise. They have a very good pricing structure too, keeping root canal treatment within NHS costs when I've always been quoted 250 by other practices, even when I've been registered as an NHS patient there. I'm so glad I registered here.

I have a lot of experience with many dental practices - this was the best experience of a dental practice. I felt totally able to trust the dentist. The reception staff are really friendly. I am so pleased to finally find a dentist and practice I can trust. The stars are also for the friendliness of reception. My general experience at 151 Dental has restored my trust in Dentistry and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In my opinion the reception staff are awesome, and added to my experience of the dentistry. I had lot of dental work and needed private dental treatment for some teeth. I had a fragile tooth, needed three fillings and a crown. A dental experience not to look forward to. I was really pleased as my fears were totally groundless , the pain relief is so much better these days, I didn’t feel any pain at all – and the care and consideration given to me by from all the staff was brilliant. After so much dental experience, I can say Uzma Rajah is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. In fact I would say she is one of the best in the world. I have learnt a lot of knowledge from her about looking after my teeth, being hygienic and that daily flossing is imperative to good dental health. My sister had the Botox treatment and found it really works. Dr. Uzma is a great dentist who makes you feel at ease instantly. She has a great sense of humor, a terrific rapport and is very gentle with administering anesthetic.

The team at 151 dental are exceptional and this is evident from the various examples of good practice shared widely in the community and well known colleagues in public health. I have known the staff and principal for many years and previously had poor treatment at another surgery. Not only was I treated with the appropriate care that I required, the staff always go the extra mile and involved me in my decisions demonstrating patient focused care and it is commendable the level of detail applied to consultations and advice. This is an example of good patient care. The team should be very proud! Thank you for your recent support with my son Damian- I’m extremely grateful for your flexibility and support in attending to his needs at such short notice. Never been to a better dentist. Dr. Uzma is caring, efficient, considerate and talented. Have always answered my queries incredibly quickly, booked me into appointments as soon as possible and made me feel respected despite my horrible dental anxieties. She managed to save a tooth another dentist wanted to pull out. It may not last forever but at least she made the effort and gave my natural teeth as long as possible. Most dentists just take the easy option...

This dentist is fine, they are busy during the day so contacting them by phone can be difficult. Wait long enough, and you'll get through. My teeth were in a horrible way, and this dentist has sorted them right out (once they began accepting new patients, which took a month or so). Nothing overly special about the place, but the one star reviews aren't really very helpful in describing the service you get. Lovely people, and they fix your teeth.

Hi Everyone, If you are putting a bad review it would be helpful to explain why. I think it’s very unfair to slander a reputable and very professional dentist practice because you can’t register before the time or can’t make your own appointment time! If it hadn’t occurred to you it is STANDARD practice for any dentist to cancel an appointment if your late so this is not personal people! If you get the chance why don’t you try it out rather then leaving unhelpful bad reviews. This will prevent people from genuinely accessing good care! The way the dentists and staff have overcome and turned this practice around is commendable. Come on we’re talking about old Trafford here.. look around you where else can you find such expertise and cleanliness! I have visited the surgery before the new management and to say it’s phenomenal is an understatement. I am not a promotional person for the company and feel very passionate about this. I have personally suffered at the hands of many incompetent dentists and suffered irreversible loss and I wish someone told me about this dentist at the time I was suffering! Like any other procedure you have you have to do your research. Please don’t put people off from accessing great care!

Surprised at the bad reviews for this place. All the staff are thoroughly pleasant and I have never waited beyond my appointment time to be seen and I go on a Saturday. Had to have 11 fillings the first time I went (over several visits) and they were sorted without too much pain.

Fantastic team running this dentist, from the moment you walk in to the warm goodbye as you leave. Usmah is fantastic, has repaired all the damage from previous dentists, best dentist to go too if you have any fear or anxiety about anything. I’m 48 every single dentist has hurt me while pushing a needle into my gum, Usma did it, I didn’t even notice it happen. Best place by far. Thank you ou 151 Dental.

I got treated by Dr Hira. She took x rays for me and found out I had a hole in my tooth and other problems. I came back a few weeks later for my filling and it was painless. I was so scared of the injection but I didn't feel anything. She also let me listen to my music in my earphones because I hate the sound of the drill. The whole place could do with a renovation and reception took a while to see us as there was a long queue. Parking could be better. Overall though, decent place.
