I have been going to Ash Dental for a few months now, to recieve urgent care on my failing teeth. My new dentist Mr Haffner, always ensures I am comfortable, easing my nerves while clearly explaining each step of the procedures. Having been scarred by dentists in the past, I can finally say that I now leave each appointment with a brighter smile than when I went in (albeit slightly numb). 5* service!

After not visiting a dentist for far too long after having a poor experience at another practise, it was so refreshing (pun intended) to be greeted straight away by such a lovely nurse who was warm and welcoming and gave me lots of information to put me at ease. Equally the lady who carried out the check over my teeth was warm and friendly and really keen to give me lots of dental information to help me keep my teeth in good check! For me there’s nothing more intimidating than being lay there with a dentist that doesn’t care to explain what they are doing. I really appreciated the care and professionalism yet friendly approach of the team ensuring a sanitary and efficient service all round. Very pleased, and I won’t be dreading my next trip now! Thank you.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough, I suffered with a fear of the dentist and had to go with toothache, I was immediately put at ease and got through my treatment with no problems, I was so happy that I went on to have my teeth straightened using Invisalign. For 14 months I regularly went to see Ash who has done an amazing job, he is one of the most caring and professional people I have ever met, the practice has a calming and family feel to it, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Having my teeth straitened and whitened has given me a new confidence and had I known about this dentist I would of had it done years ago, I cannot thank Ash and his assistant Chloe ( who is wonderful) enough for taking me on this journey, you have both truly changed my life.

Tried a few dentists when I first moved to Manchester and was very unhappy but never had any issues here and have kept coming back to this dentist after 4 house moves. Happy with the quality of care, reception staff are always lovely and their response to COVID has been great and thorough too.

Brilliant dentist deffantly reccomend after quiet a few bad/poor experiences from other dentist. This one has changed my views I always see the same lady Nadia shes lovely, very reassuring treatment is fantastic, supportive, all the staff are welcoming. Recently took my 16 month old daughter too and the staff were great with her throughout from the reception staff to the dentist they made the experience really nice for her :)

Super efficient fitted me in at short notice. I am fairly anxious and nervous at the dentist. Ryan was brilliant putting me at ease and I managed to have a filling and a scale and polish without a tear in sight, (very brave for me). It was my first time using a dentist in Manchester and I chose Ash Dental from a recommendation. I had an initial check up with Danny who was very friendly and informative. The actual treatment was booked in two days later and sorted within 30 minutes, all while Danny and the nurse were talkative and having a laugh throughout. Great experience and professional service!

I’ve got my smile back! I’ve been a patient at this practice for about 18 years. I can’t speak highly enough about it. Lately I have had a bridge that kept coming out {was done at a previous dentist} Each time it came out I was seen immediately but apart from gluing it back there was little else they could do. The choice was a denture or implants. I opted for implants. It has been a long journey but well worth it. Ash [the dentist} is lovely and genuinely very caring. Amanda the practice manager; co-ordinated my care. I am so pleased with the results. The whole team are friendly and supportive.

I made an appointment to see Dr Watson after 4 years since my last visit to a Dentist. I was utterly terrified but was made to feel completely at ease, and it total control of the treatment. Dr Watson took into consideration my specific anxieties (particularly the instruments and their noises) and talked me through every step of my check up and cleanings. The dental nurses on hand on each occasion, Lea and Sian, were also wonderfully friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I’ve been twice now and managed my second appointment without a complete meltdown or bursting into tears (a first), I’m absolutely thrilled and finally looking forward to working towards the smile I’ve always wanted. For someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in nearly 20years to be able to say I laughed nearly all through a 1hour procedure really says it all. I was anxious about the injections and Daniel couldn’t have done more to put me at ease. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Professional, friendly and understanding. Have had a fear of dentists (although forced myself to go for check ups esp for kids). Not at all happy when recently needed root canal treatment (5 appointments!) but Sophie was great, very calm & understanding as was Staniela her assistant & it's all done & went well. I did also work on my fear with EFT (Tapping) which I've recently trained in & this helped enormously - although could've been undone if I hadn't felt safe with the dentist

friendly enough staff, Ash is lovely, but reception staff messed up on my booking, I am having over £500 worth of dental treatment and I accidentally missed my first appointment as I overslept, I rang up to apologise and I was told a mark would be made on my record, which is fine as its my fault. I turned up for my next appointment on time, turns out, even though I have a receipt as proof of the booking, they had no record of it on their system! so... I am making a mark on MY records of this in return. I will be wary of trusting any bookings in the future...

I've only ever had great service and treatment here, only yesterday, my crown fell out whilst eating a caramel and Sophie refitted it for me immediately! They fitted me in within 8 minutes, so within half an hour I had a full smile! I can only highly recommend this practice!

I was very impressed as my embarrassment of a fractured front tooth was addressed with appropriate urgency and due deligence. It was quite technically challenging from what i understand and the doctor performed a heroic procedure of creating a tooth around a post to serve as temporary measure. Very competent and skilful

Brilliant experience thank you Fatima. Emergency appointment made I was seen within half an hour of contacting my GP for advice. I have not registered with an NHS dentist for years, but ASH dental were great, I was examined straight away as I was in so much pain - xray taken and anti-biotics prescribed. I was given advice on 3 options. Hopefully my chosen option will be ok once I've taken the anti-biotics. I would like to thank Fatima and the Ashdental team for a professional service. Unfortunately, the practice weren't taking new NHS patients.
