c. W.We visited deansgate dental on 06.04.22 it was the 1st visit for my 2 children. My son is a very anxious and quiet boy. I was worried about attending due to being unsure how he would cope. It was a great experience start to finish. The initial telephone conversation with the receptionist sheila was so reassuring, shes so friendly and approachable. She instantly set my mind at ease. We then attended and it was a very professional, calm and welcoming atmosphere. The surgery is very clean. We then met the dentist and nurse they was amazing!!! they explained to my son how the dentist works and what to expect. I seen the dread and anxiety slip away. He watched his sister and how well they treated her. He sat in the chair followed instructions and the check up commenced. We now have follow ups in place, my son enjoyed the visit that much that when the check up was completed he sat himself back in the chair he didnt want to leave. He really enjoyed his visit.
I couldnt recommend the deansgate dental surgery enough. I will be signing myself up as soon as i can. Thank you so much xx

P. H.Always had a fear if the dentist that left me not visiting one for over 4 years. I had waited on the waiting list a very short time to join Deansgate dentist.
I knew I needed some work doing, turned out to be a crown and an extraction. The lovely dentist Clare and her dental assistant, sorry I can't remember her name.
They made me feel so comfortable with there kindness, professionalism . And I must say, it didn't hurt. I will no longer worry about going to the dentist again to see the lovely Clare and her assistant.

D.After not being registered to a dentist for 4 years, James and his team managed to (among other work) treat my abscess - a 2 year long excruciating infection, which had me on a diet pretty much made up of Ibuprofen, Co-codamal and paracetamol - thankfully, they was even able to save the tooth, which i didn't think would be possible.
You're always made to feel comfortable (i could've fallen asleep during the root canal treatment!) and you'll always receive a smile no matter who you encounter.
Out of all my experiences, Deansgate Dental Practice has by far been the best.

From the receptionist Sheila to the dr himself I was dealt with in the perfect manner and happy to go back again when needed. Everything was explained and he was extremely patient. Highly recommended and thank you so much

S.All the staff are really friendly and welcoming and very informative ie treatments etc. Would reccomend to any people who arent particularly keen on the dentist as they put your mind at ease by just being genuine nice people. It's easy to understand why the practice is so popular with its patients as the service is great from start to finish.
