When booking my first appointment I told the receptionist that I was very nervous about coming to a dentist, he was so nice and said I would be taken care of by Elizabeth and Jess. What an understatement! from the first visit everyone looked after me (Even while I was an utter nervous wreck), they took their time and explained every step while doing it, they even booked me in for longer appointments to give me time to relax and be ready for the treatment beforehand. I truly felt like a human being helped by professionals and not another number in the diary. For anyone who is worried or nervous about getting treatment my biggest advice would be to just tell the receptionists and everyone will look after you. Thank you very much Elizabeth and Jess!!

I have been to 2 different dental surgery's and i have never had a positive experience. My friend recommended me to Moston dental practice, I have never been happier. The second i walk in the reception staff are always warm welcoming and very helpful, I am never waiting around I am straight into my appointment where again I am very welcomed and treated with so much care. I'm not phased by going to the dentist but I know many people who are. I can't recommend Moston Dental Surgery enough, if anybody has any worries or concerns please put your trust in these people. The staff are brilliant and will put you at ease from the second you make an appointment. They are totally professional in every thing they do, please don't hesitate.

Due to my medical history, I would normally be sedated at the dental hospital. This wasn’t possible due to COVID, and I was recommended to commence treatment in the practice by a dentist called Liz. Liz has gone above and beyond to treat me over the course of four appointments. Her calm and friendly manner really put me at ease, and she made sure to leave enough time during the appointments so we weren’t rushed. Liz talked me through the treatment plan and explained what would be happening every step of the way. She also gave me complete control over the pace of treatment and asked for my input. To do this at any time would be fantastic, but to do this during the pandemic is absolutely remarkable. On top of this, treatment has been completely painless, efficient and hassle-free. What more could you want! I’m so grateful to Liz and the team for such a positive experience. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly too; I can’t thank you all enough.

After being treated very poorly with my previous dentist whom i was going to for 4 yrs, i was on the look out for a new surgery to go to close by.. I spent the day calling around but due to Covid many places would not consider a new patient ATM, my filling has fallen out and i was in desperate need of help,. Moston Dental Surgery where SO helpful , from my first call , speaking to Shelley ( from memory) who went out of her way to help me, to hearing back from Josh the next morning, they where SUPER helpful. I would have no hesitation to say i am looking forward to them being my new Dental Practice.

Amazing dental surgery. I was petrified of going to the dentist for many years due to a bad experience as a child. From emailing the surgery, attending appointment and having treatment i was immediately put at ease by Mohammed and the dental nurses. Reception staff are also very friendly and professional. Surgery is covid safe with all necessary precautions taken, highly recommend this surgery.
