Needed a urgent appointment for my 9 year old son who was suffering with toothache. Had a appointment within a couple of hours and he was back to school pain free. He has sensory issues and the dentist was brilliant with him and very patient and understanding. Excellent service all round.

Can't say thankyou enough to Nav and the rest of the team at Parkside dental, managed to get an appointment next day through 111 emergency. A dead back tooth had become infected and was making me very unwell. From reception I was greeted by lovely lady named Linda I think who helped me with all the 'paperwork' on the tablet, which was nice considering I'd not slept for 2 days and was in agony. When in seeing the dentist she saw I was in a lot of discomfort early on in the appointment, I had an xray and she explained my options. I went with extraction the dentist and her assistant were nothing short of fantastic with the procedure. I'm nervous at the dentist but this particular visit was a breeze and I'm very grateful. I went in at 12.15pm and was out by 1.10pm tooth gone. Thankyou guys so much

Had a brilliant experience here two years ago when they saved a tooth that I thought there was no hope of fixing. I finally went back for a check up today and was an upset and anxious mess worried about my teeth and Aminah was so kind, patient and reassuring. Every time I’ve been they’ve given me the best advice of any dentist I’ve been to and made me fully aware of the things I need to do without making me feel worse or ashamed of any mistakes I’ve made with my teeth in the past which is honestly so motivating to keep working hard to look after them.

From Enquiry to be enlisted to Treatment was very quick and professionally handled ( less then 2 weeks ) Brilliant Service! Professionally handled and treated from the easy forms to fill in online to being sat in the dentists chair! Mr Suheil Patel seen to me, Asked me problem I had, Gave me options and full explanation of services he could supply and then provided service I choose! Not pushed into anything I didnt want or couldnt afford! Staff are polite and very reflective of the professionalism of the dentistry from Chelsea on reception to the dentists assistants! Well desrving of the FULL 5 stars!

The receptionists are lovely here especially Linda, we were seen pretty quickly, sat in the car till we were called in, the waiting room is very small downstairs but there is another upstairs. Dentist was lovely and polite.

Lovely visit today for our appointments. Everything clean, sanitised and safe, yet also friendly and welcoming. Only four stars as VERY difficult to get through by phone to book and also the online forms which need to be completed are a bit time-consuming before each appointment. All that aside though, great, professional service and more than happy to return again! 😃

I have changed my review as the treatment I have had these past few weeks has been great. I'm petrified of the dentist and even thought I have had to pay for 4 white fillings which was more than 2 of my mortgage payments the treatment has been wonderful from the reception lady and dentist. I get really worked up coming to the dentist but they have realised I am petrified and the treatment has been amazing. I think it may have changed hands as I have a new dentist now and she is lovely with me.. The last review was 1 star due to cancelling 7 appointments with me and my family in a row and some on the same day when both my husband and I had booked time off work but it seems to have all changed hands now which I am thankful for ... Thank you x x

Very complicated to gain access if, like me, you're not very good with technology. I was unable to access their online form that needed to be filled in prior to my appointment. I was also disappointed to find I had been given an emergency appointment that didn't allow enough time to do the work needed, this means I have to arrange another appointment and pay again. The actual treatment given was adequate.

A very well organised practice with regard to Covid protection. I have had good remote support during lockdowns and like the fact that pre-visit requirements can be completed online. My dentist has a lovely manner, a light touch and she clearly explains my "problem areas" which enables me to make informed decisions about treatment options. I recommend this practice for the quality of service provided by the practitioners and all support staff.

Was referred in great pain by an emergency dentist in Leeds on Sunday and had two root canals done on Monday. Absolutely fantastic level of care. It was a great relief to be there, the procedures were explained to me, the pain eased greatly afterwards, and the teeth have healed as promised one week on.

The experience when inside the premises was very good as always. My wife and myself have used this dental practice for over 10 years. However due to COVID restrictions and the size of the waiting room it is necessary to wait outside the premises until called in, not a pleasant experience in the rain. Parkside Dental is a brilliant practice, warm welcoming staff at reception greeting you in as you enter putting you at ease straight away. I underwent treatment at Parkside Dental which was the best decision I made, my dentist was fantastic and amazing she had an excellent patient manner was very emphatic and understanding of my dental needs and how best to achieve the desired outcome. She was extremely, helpful and friendly explained everything so clearly concisely and addressed all my worries and concerns, exceptional communication skills. I wish all dentists could have the same approach as her!! I would highly recommend Parkside Dental to everyone and you can be assured that you dental health will be looked after perfectly. Keep up the good work!!!!

Gotta say usually don't like the dentist, makes me nervous as all hell but the dentist who helped me today was amazing, had a lovely chat whilst anaesthesia was setting in and she was very understanding of a fear of needles, not only that but she was amazing with explaining the entire procedure and informing me of how it would work etc. The dental nurse was also very kind and friendly Thanks a bunch!
