The Dentist explains in detail every step of the procedure and nobody makes you feel rushed, they take time to make sure you know what's going to happen and that you are as comfortable as you can be. All in all I would recommend Smile Manchester to anybody with complete confidence.
F. G.I've always been very pleased with the service at Smile's Urmston branch. Dental and Hygiene staff are very pleasant to deal with, having time to explain if there are any questions. Current Hygiene chap is very gentle which is very appreciated if you have sensitive teeth.
R. A.Honestly one of the best dentists ever. We attended yesterday as a family for our first visit. From the receptionists to the Dentist himself, everyone was excellent. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were so patient and really good with my two year old daughter. We didn't feel rushed like I have felt at other practices in the past. The dentist (initials JA) took his time to answer our questions and made sure we understood our individual care plans before we left. I would highly recommend Smile Urmston!
J. H.Sahdia is always so patient with me. I suffer with extreme dental phobia, often having panic attacks. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable, and gives me the time I need to calm myself. The reception team are also very friendly and helpful.

After a past nightmare experience with my previous dentist (I’m mentioning no names but it made me very poorly and VERY frightened of dentists) I hadn’t been to the dentist for “several” years !
At the start of the pandemic I was experiencing toothache and general pain in the mouth area ! I then had to undertake the not so easy task of finding a new NHS dentist !! This actually took THE WHOLE of lockdown ! However each time I contacted SMILE I was treated respectfully and courteously and I would ring back diligently when instructed by the receptionists to do so and try again !! Miraculously at the end of last year 2021 I was informed that there was indeed a vacancy for a new NHS patient so I made my appointment ! Unfortunately due to the backlog after lockdown etc I had to wait several months for this appointment date ! In the meantime I had huge dental problems so I rang in the “off chance” for an emergency appointment AND I GOT ONE with the lovely Mr Jawaad Arif ! As an extremely nervous patient I was treated professionally yet kindly by ALL staff at the practice ! From the reception right through to the dental assistant and of course Mr Arif ! I was booked in for treatment and right along the way everything was explained to me and repeated if necessary. I was given honest yet thoughtful advice and I’m thrilled with the results !! Even though I’m still working with getting used to my new smile and caring for it I know that this brilliant practice are there if I need them ! I have another appointment for three months time and I know that if I have any problems or issues they will be dealt with professionally then.
