I have been with this practice for 30 years but the team has changed. Alex saw me when a crown had snapped off at the gum. I was a bit nervous at seeing a new dentist..but Alex was great..had lots of xrays..2 extractions and a partial denture whilst I heal. All options & costs explained well & I am looking forward a possible bridge or implant in the near future. The treatment was practically painless & Alison as a hygenist is amazing. Highly recommend the new team.

Never been keen on going to the dentist. Been twice in the last six months and the dentist, Emily, has changed my mind. She has a great manner and did what was required with no fuss, explaining exactly what she was doing. A great example for other dentists to follow.

I registered here as an NHS patient last week and in that time I've had an examination, filling and quick polish-up on the filling (in which a check-up and polish had me out within 4 minutes from start to finish!) - all 3 appointments have gone smoothly and pleasantly. Friendly and professional team and excellent service - I've had a fear of the dentist for years but I feel much more confident based on my experience here. Highly recommended.

The dental practice is fine however the receptionists are a disgrace the most rude receptionists I have ever come across . They are not friendly instead are highly unapproachable and patronising as one of them felt the need to explain the difference between a private dentist and a nhs dentist! When there was no need. They are also highly ignorant they have seen me struggling to open the door whilst pushing a pram but none of them offered to help instead just watched . The practice is let down massively by their reception staff who are need of serious training working in a private practice does not make them better then the customer . You Are only receptionists after all!
