My experience at the dentist within the Valance centre was excellent. I didn’t have long to wait before I was attended too. The staff at the reception were very pleasant and friendly. I Notice how clean and tidy everywhere was. Not forgetting my new dentist and his assistant were brilliant. Made my nerve’s ease, very relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent service from all the staff we met especially Dr Anastajia Bates and the dental nurse. Their gentle, professional approach made a patient who has not felt able to see a dentist for 35 years feel comfortable and safe. She is now happy to have regular dental care. Thank you all so much.

Went to see the hygienist (Eesha) today and she was professional and helpful. She gave me more comprehensive advice than I've received at previous appointments. The nurse (Sam) was super welcoming and reassuring. Both skilled, professional and friendly!

The surgery is easy to get to on foot and there are safe crossings over very busy roads in the area making getting there on foot very safe. There is also free parking at the back of the building, and on the side street at the front of it with no time penalties. The dental surgery is located on the first floor, above the general surgery. There a small but sufficient combined waiting room and reception desk where Deb greets you. She's very efficient, very kind and gets things done! Hassan is the first dentist I've seen in 15 years (the last one was terrible hence the hesitation to see another dentist). I was very impressed with his skill and pragmatism in assessing my dental condition, and allowing me to talk about my concerns and discuss my priorities. After many X-rays, a bit of healthy discussion between him and his lovely assistant (who's name escapes me), he has helped me develop a full treatment plan, with fixed costs and no nasty surprises. I have signed up for this and my first treatment is exactly a week from when this was written. I shouldn't say this about going to the dentist, but I'm actually looking forward to seeing how the treatment goes in the coming weeks.

I don’t usually leave comments but want to make an exceptional case. I have met the best dentist I have come across so far. She’s not just very professional but also throughout treatment you could see she pays attention to detail, was showing compassion to patient (myself). I am a healthcare professional myself and to be fair, I arrived at the clinic after work feeling very tired. The dentist who supported me clearly brought therapeutic qualities to the treatment and I finished the session feeling blessed and rejuvenated. I have specifically requested the same dentist for my upcoming appointments. I thank you Vallance center for the thorough support and have recommended the center to a few people afterwards.

My first impression was that this was a very professional and well run practice. Yes I was made to feel comfortable at my first consultation. However that's where the professionalism ended. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks to be sent a breakdown of the treatment required. It came eventually. Just a tooth out. Staff very patient with me

Very professional and welcoming team. I had a very unusual issue with my front tooth and it was causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. Dr. Jonathan Skidmore was amazing, he was so patient and informative, he explained everything to me and was constantly updating me about the process of the treatment. Special thanks to Kelsie as well who helped me with a lot of my queries and was always there to support. Truly an amazing team Anthony

The staff are Lovely and friendly and always try to accommodate you when booking appointments. The dentist is very clean. Got an emergency appointment the same day so pleased. Been my family dentist for many many years. Only wish they would take my son back after missing his appointments 😉
