I have horrendous anxiety for the dentist, but I have never felt so calm and understood at this dentist. If you suffer from anxiety, please give this place a go… they are so kind and tell me absolutely everything that is going on. Nor is my dentist and I am so grateful for her time and patience, she always greets with a smile and will continually make sure I am okay during any procedures. She takes the time to understand any issues and talks to you with no jargon and make sure you understand.

Dr SADEK is an absolute magician. I have VERY high anxiety when it comes to Dentist visits and zero tolerance for pain and needles. Following a good mishap I needed a filling. My anxieties were in full swing and I was catastrophising - but Dr SADEK was very patient, calm and compassionate. We booked two pre-sessions to discuss the procedure and she took every opportunity to answer my questions and calm my anxieties. She was confident and calm, so I was confident and calm too. I trusted her and she was amazing. Her skill in administering the injection and doing the drilling etc. is peerless. I genuinely felt little to no pain despite being very squeamish. She is an absolute magician. If you are a anxious patient and nervous, go see her. You will be glad you did. I cannot praise her highly enough.

Every one are Happy-go-lucky. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming My very young doctor was very kind concern & helpful. We both as couple are very happy with the service & kind. I will say reception girls also helpful in finding dates in dairy. There manager I guess so was also keeping eye on the whole operations of customer service and there was no delay all in time & good. DR Elena is just the best Dentist! I have had quite a bit of work done over the past 12 months and I always come away feeling like I've had a great experience even though I used to hate the Dentist. She is very professional, clear with her explanations and most of all the work completed has been to a very high standard. I am really happy with the results.

Rarely do you find a dentist that is as friendly as they are awesome! Dr Vani has such a lovely bedside manner and made my treatment a pleasure (never thought I’d say that!) his work is superb and clearly he enjoys it! What an amazing dental practice. Both Dr Vani and Dental Nurse Sonia constantly made me feel at ease by being friendly, gentle and even humorous at times. Sonia would constantly watch my body language and confirm with me if I felt any pain, which I didn't. Dr Vani was also very attentive and on plenty of occasions allowed me to take a moment if I just needed a breather. Even though I've just had 3 appointments for a root canal, I no longer have a huge fear of the dentist and that is only because of these 2 wonderful people. As a whole the practice feels very relaxed and welcoming, a radio is playing in the waiting room which helps to ease nerves and the 2 receptionists are lovely. I can't recommend this place enough!

Very friendly staff and efficient service, they got me in very quickly. Unfortunately when I left I was told that after being with the practice since it opened that I was no longer an NHS patient as I hadn't been for 2 years. Covid was no reason for them not to have been and it is not their custom to call clients to alert them. Sad my experience flawed in this way. They should think about prompting patients when time for appointments.

My dentist Cornelia Irimia is one of the best she has made it possible for me to lose my fear of going to the dentist, she is so gentle that I always feel relaxed, she has put me on the right track to having the smile I want. I'm always nervous about visiting the dentist but I saw the hygienist Gabrielle today, she was so friendly and chatty putting me at ease, the treatment went very well and I left feeling really happy with the service provided.

It is a brave person who speaks too negatively about a dentist - they wield a drill! I had been with this practice for years and for many of those consistently saw the same wonderful dentist and hygienist. About five years ago he moved away and we had a succession of short term replacements - no one stayed to create trust and a bond. Then the hygienist left too. They both had taken an holistic interest in me as a person and shared stories about themselves and their lives, taking time and offering clear support and advice. Since Covid there have been further changes and I'm less confident with what is suggested. The clean up was quite passive compared with the way the original hygienist used to tackle it and I'm not fully convinced I need all the interventions currently being suggested by the new (to me) dentist when I have no current bleeding/pain or other. I feel cynical about the money that would be charged for these procedures, even under the NHS. Nice receptionists, good local parking free and a handy chippy next door. So a mixed review from me.

I recently visited the hygienist at the surgery and - for the first time in years - found it a pain-free experience! Hurrah! Very pleased. I'm also generally impressed with the dentists there. I've been an NHS patient at the surgery for more than 10 years and have been pleased with the service I've received. The only bugbear is that the hygienist visit costs a whopping £65! Seems to run counter to the fact that it's an NHS practice.

I was very nervous prior to attending my appointment at this practice, due to a bad experience elsewhere, but due to being in pain I had to see somebody fast. I was welcomed by the very friendly reception team on arrival who were able to fit me in at short notice. As soon as I walked into the surgery I was reassured by the calming manner of the dentist and nurse while they listened patiently to my concerns. I was put at ease immediately and advised that I needed an extraction. They were able to complete my treatment at the time and I am now pain free. I will definitley be staying at this practice and returning for my regular check ups. I will be recommending to my family and friends.

My daughter saw Dr Sadek after having toothache for a number of weeks. My daughter, who previously wouldn't let anyone see her teeth due to fear, sat and allowed Dr Sadek to perform the treatment needed to get her out of pain.
