T.Normally everything's great, we enjoyed being Dirk's patients for many years; but I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time, being kept aware of delays for sure, but with no apology from the dentist Ty when I finally made it in to see him, just a bland comment about having a busy day and not being able to predict when that happens, which felt a little inconsiderate. I completely understand that patients too can be rude and uncaring and just not arrive for appointments but it works both ways, when you're taking time out of work to make appointments.
V. S.Really made to feel welcome.Lovely lady on reception desk very caring nature. All staff very pleasant .Dentist explained all work needing done very clearly.Answered all questions and kept checking I was OK. Also saw hygienist very pleasant lady.Gave advice on how to care for my teeth and gums and no complaints on treatment.Would recommend this dental surgery no complaints

V. I.I am really disappointed as I feel I was let down when I needed a dentist as an emergency. I was registered with the dental clinic and had a check up back in 2019. Then Covid 19 started and I haven't been for a check up during covid as they were only seeing patient as an emergency.
A few days ago, when I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen by a dentist, I called the clinic and was told I wasn't their patient any longer as I haven't been for a check up since 2019 and they struck me off. I was really disappointed that I was struck off without any notification, no email, no letter, absolutely nothing. When I asked the receptionist what I can do, I needed urgent attention, she told me she could give me a private appointment but for the next week and if I wanted to complain, I am free to do that on the NHS website.
I am sorry but I think the way I was treated as a patient was unacceptable.

After the bad review a posted a few weeks ago, my problem was resolved very quickly and I am your patient again. Thank you for the fast reaction and that you care about your patients and read their review. The treatment I had was to very high standards. Thank you!

R. S.Krutika and her assistant (sorry didn’t catch her name) were amazing! I was having quite a rough day and they made me feel calm, comfortable and supported. Thank you so much!
J. V.Mr Vitiello was kind courteous and caring. He had kindly fitted me in as an emergency.
The receptionists however were surly and disinterested. A shame as they are the patient’s first impression of the practice.

I. M.I have not had any treatment yet in this practice, but every contact with a receptionist (unfortunately I don't remember a name - except the first time when I was registered - not sure if this was the same person) is making me do not want to go there, change the practise and worried. I always feel like this person do not listen, do not pay attention, is rushed etc. I normally do not leave reviews often but it's a dental practice so if I have chosen or I have to go there I would like to feel safe and taken care, however just calling and booking an appointment makes me doubt if I made a good choice and leave me nervous about the future appointment.
I received a call from another lady that was actually the one who registered me few months back and it was totally different experience. Thank you for the call back. I do really appreciate it since it made me more calmer and more confident about the appointment.
