L. W.Ziauddin Mohammed (hygienist) was amazing. After having a private check up I waited 3 months for a hygienist appointment rather than going else where as I was so happy with the treatment. As a nervous dentist person who suffers from health anxiety he was amazing. Made me feel at ease, stopped frequently to give me a break and was clear on his advice. Quite expensive compared to other prices but was totally worth it for how comfortable I felt.
P.I had an appointment with the hygienist Tahera. She was very warm and welcoming and im a very nervous patient she explained everything she was doing. Made me feel at ease at all times, My teeth look amazing after the clean. I'm going back in 6 months. Its Worth every penny to see the hygienist. I had no pain through the clean or after, I feel like a new women. :) not stopped smiling since.

R.Do not be discouraged by any bad reviews here, my experience was amazing, I cannot thank my dentist and his staff enough, My dentist (Amit) has done everything he can to prevent me from having to lose another tooth and for that I am finally free from the anxiety it was causing me and I feel so relieved that I no longer have to deal with the pain I was experiencing. He has meticulous professional mannerism and its very clear he has a genuine care for the dental health of his patients. He was very honest and transparent about the condition of my teeth and the future of my dental health and if it were not for his honesty, I would not have quit smoking, improved my diet and began a thorough dental health routine every day! Best dentist I have ever been too and to be clear, I am an NHS patient, there was no prejudice towards me and I dont believe any of the staff here would treat you any different if you could not afford to go private! The receptionists and the dentist were very kind and helpful to me and I am glad to be a patient with MK Dental Practice!

My recent visit to the surgery was for getting my chipped tooth fixed. I definitely walked out with a brand new smile :-) All thanks to Parin who worked meticulously to give my smile that perfection. He was friendly throughout the pre treatment appointments and explained everything in detail.

O.I have just for the very first time seen the Hygienist Thahera Begun at MK Dental Practice following a bad experience and she has restored my trust by being very gentle but thorough and my teeth feel as though they have been given a new bill of health. She is very professional and I have already booked a further appointment.
I also saw a new Dentist called Vanita Tosar and I found her to be very approachable, and genuinely concerned for my teeth and advised a alternative approach than removal of a tooth which has existing problems.

R. M.Dr Banafsheh is incredible. First dentist to convince me to let them try treatment without sedation and kept to her promise that it wouldn't hurt. I haven't had treatment without sedation in 8 years. Can't thank her enough.
R. A.Today I had a fantastic appointment with the hygienist, Zia and dental nurse Maquella. Maquella greeted me straight away which helped ease my nerves as I have always found teeth cleans nerve-wracking. Zia gave me the option of numbing gel which I haven't been offered before. I decided to not have it as I wanted to get the job done asap but I think it will be something I may try next time. He was as gentle as can be with a clean and stopped regularly to allow me to have a breather. He shall gave me flossing tips as well. Thank you again for such a great clean!
The reason why MK Dental Practice loses a star is that it took me several phone calls and emails to book this appointment. I have a slight bug bare with the receptionists. The girls I spoke to could not understand why I had asked for a range of dates. I explained that I needed them to arrange childcare. Everytime I explained this I would get one day or one time, this was frustrating as I wanted to give the person looking after my children a range of dates to pick from. As I arrived today, they were having their own conversation, I had to wait until that was over. As I paid for the service, they continued with their own conversation. Not very professional in my opinion. I feel the receptionists need a bit of customer service training.
