M. G.We have been NHS patients for around 7/8 years, first being treated by Mital and then Punita when she joined the practice. The care and professionalism is top class from everyone and we feel very looked after. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

B.I am going to Neath Hill practice for a couple of years and all the members are amazing, reception, assistants and doctors; I've recently had a Hygiene appointment and I have had the surprise to find out that brushing the teeth is definitely not enough for a full mouth hygiene, it's way more than this, I have been carefully explained what are the steps for a good cleaning and I am definitely impressed by the results after just 4 days! I'm normally terrified of going to the dentists but Mital always put me at ease and is professional but also gentle and just human! Thank you for being a fantastic dentist! I finally enjoy going to the dentists instead of having nightmares to the run up to an appointment.
P. S.I have been a patient of this practice for over three years and never fully appreciated what a kind and excellent dental surgery this is. During lockdown all the family have needed some dental care and the appointments were easily arranged and the dental work undertaken with such care and empathy. The dentist is very kind and so calm with all the patients especially the really nervous ones and the general staff that work there are all lovely.
M.I have attended this practice for the 3rd appointment today, emergency appointment,. i was very nervous, I must say, they have been great , friendly, very clean and modern, surgery , exceptional service. dentists have been very gentle and reassuring, also the assistants made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, with treatment would highly recommend 100%, this practice . best dental surgery , I have ever attended.

Booked in for the Hygienist and was met by a kind and professional service that has left me loving the dentist. The Hygienist at your surgery is exceptional. C. R.Excellent dental surgery, can't rate them highly enough. Shortly after moving to MK I needed an emergency dental appointment, I ended up at a dentist who scared the living daylights out of me with a extensive list of what was wrong with my teeth and the £1000's it would cost to correct it all, plus the emergency dental work he carried out was traumatic, and shoddy, to say the least. I was already a nervous patient so this was the last straw. A friend finally persuaded me to make an appointment at Neath Hill, and I'm so glad I did!! There was nothing wrong with my teeth, other than the emergency dental work carried out, which over time has been corrected. Dr Patel is an excellent dentist, doesn't carry out unnecessary work/treatments and is very patient. I fear needles and for the corrective work he and his dental nurse did everything possible to carry out the work without an anaesthetic. I would most definitely recommend them, the staff, care, dentistry and service, excellent all round!
J. M.As a child of the fifties I have been traumatised by various dentists in the past so it was with such relief I found Neath Hill, after recommendation from a friend. This is the best dentist ever by far. Friendly, professional and virtually pain free. Both dentist and hygienist are equally amazing.
