I am a particularly nervous patient when it comes to dental work, stemming from bad experiences with a dentist and dentistry about 50 years ago. These guys were sensitive to that and my needs and while I cannot say that it was a pleasant experience they looked after me well, were very professional and I am very pleased with the results. I'm very happy to recommend them to others.

I have been a patient for over 40 years and have always been completely satisfied with the service received. It isn't cheap but I am pleased with the level of care and service I receive. I can highly recommend Pavanpal, who is an excellent Dentist. He explains what he is about to do and gives you options for the best treatment for your dental care. He always takes his time to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. He is very welcoming, professional and friendly. I can highly recommend Wajeeha Khan, who is a fantastic Hygienist. She always gives good dental hygiene advice and takes her time and does a thorough clean. All the staff are so friendly, professional and efficient. Reminders for appointments are sent out a few days before, which is very helpful. Highly recommend, thank you.

I've been going to Oxford House dental surgery for over 40 years. The professionalism and customer care has been constantly impeccable and is second to none. When its been an emergency situation, they have always managed to get me in and treat me quickly, even during the Covid lock-down. Mr Harris was my dentist for the major part of the 40 years that I've been going to Oxford House and its no exaggeration to say that I was heartbroken when he left. But, I should not have worried at all as his replacement Kar is exceptional and instantly put me at ease from my very first visit. Right from the start I felt like I'd known him all my life. I sometimes forget that I'm actually there to have a check-up or treatment. During the Covid lock-down I felt that Oxford House were amazing with in their efforts and precautions that they took to insure patient safety and protection and I have total confidence in the manner in which they handled this very challenging situation. On my recent visit to see the hygienist I was very happy as I always am with the consistently great customer care, although I was slightly shocked at the new price of £73.00 for a clean and polish, although under the circumstances it is understandable. Visited recently to have a check up and hygienist visit. The notes from a previous visit had updated and indicated I had breathing difficulties which is not correct. Hygienist visit was satisfactory as was check up. Following the check up the dentist proceeded on his sale pitch and recommended treatment exceeding £4k, despite my reservations and the fact that the last treatment was an horrendous experience. Most if not all of this work was not entirely necessary. Felt the dentist was very pushy. Been going to this dentist for many years and valued the honest appraisal of my needs and reasonable pricing structure. Since a change of ownership, prices have shot up and the dentist seem to be on a sales drive to push all sorts of mainly cosmetic work.

I chose this surgery because it is listed as being autism friendly, and suitable for nervous patients. My dentist was clearly trained and experienced in working with autistic patients, set me at my ease, was flexible, and explained everything that was happening. I couldn't have got through dental treatment so well without this tailored service.

Caroline fixed a chip to my front tooth. It wasn't until I got home and looked at it in detail that I saw what a great job she had done to repair it. Excellent, exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I am not an easy patient having had a stroke in 2017 which has left me with swallowing problems and with a real fear of the dentist following an extremely painful experience at a school dentist many years ago. I spent many years avoiding the dentist until I was able to have sedation during treatment. After moving house I found Oxford House Dental Practice who offered sedation. On my recent visit I have said that treatment 'by Kayesh Patel and his team exceeded all my expectations' for the following reasons: everything was carefully explained, I was always asked if I was ok with what was being done, I was well looked after and the treatment was well done. Someone even went out into the car park to offer my wife, who was waiting for me, a cup of tea. Post treatment Kayesh telephoned me to check that I was well and happy with my treatment. Overall an excellent experience.

This visit I saw the hygienist - Alison - who made me feel at ease and lessened my anxiety - which I always feel when going to the dentist. She is very friendly, as is her assistant, and I am still very pleased to have transferred to this dental practice.

I have recently finished my Invisalign and composite bonding treatment with Kesh and the team at Oxford House and I could not be happier with the end product and the service I received! At every appointment I was made welcome and left the practice feeling happy with the time I'd spent there with Kesh and the nurses carrying out my treatment. Along with providing excellent treatment, Kesh is very chilled guy which helps create a relaxing atmosphere and good vibe to each appointment - perfect for anyone who struggles with anxiety when visiting the dentist. Going forward I will be making sure I come back to Oxford House for all of my dental needs!
