I booked an appointment with Smile Rooms for a cosmetic bonding consultation after years of feeling self conscious about my teeth. They had become worn and in turn chipped due to acid reflux and grinding. I received fantastic care from Dr Rooshi, Greta, Coral and the rest of the team each time I visited. The service was incredible. The transformation is unbelievable and I would highly recommend them to anyone, not just for cosmetic dentistry, but for general dentistry as well. If you're putting off making an appointment due to the cost then they offer interest free monthly payments as one of the payment options. Definitely the best dental practice I've visited by far.

I first visited Smile Rooms MK to enquire about composite bonding options for some upper front teeth that I wasn’t quite happy with. Even from my very visit phone call to the practice, I noticed how attentive and patient focused everything was - you really are treated like a VIP and not a number! The vibe of the surgery and everyone who works there is amazing - especially Lizzy for whom nothing was any trouble. On my first visit (the no-fee consultation), Dr Hanel took me through all of the possible treatment options for addressing what I was after and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental appointments of my life - such a relaxed, honest, professional, friendly and informative session with no ‘hard selling’ or pushing of treatment options. After leaving the practice feeling fully informed, I was given ample time to consider my options without any pressure and all of the follow-up communications were brilliant. Dr Rooshi Patel and Greta were both amazing! I had come down off the back of a recommendation from a friend. I had a check up and X rays which Dr Rooshi explained very well as to what was happening with my wisdom teeth but also reassured me it was nothing to worry about. He gave me a through descaling and polish, my teeth felt squeaky clean walking out! Greta provided a gentle Invisalign scan. Her patient care was second to none insuring I wasn't in any discomfort during the scan but also ensuring the scan was fully completed in order to get the process underway. I can't wait to see them again when I come to pick up aligners!

I went to smile rooms in MK for my consultation today. Firstly the place was beautiful and comfortable. I was given a very warm by Coral who was working at the front desk. She was so lovely to me and my children and engaged in friendly conversations. Dr Hanel was extremely professional and friendly and put me at ease. There was no pressure about me purchasing any treatments , but lots of caring and honest advice at what treatment would benefit me. I didn't get the other lady's name who went through my treatment plan with me but she was so nice and helpful. I had been thinking about getting Invisalign for a long time, Smile Rooms were holding an event for the treatment so thought it would be the perfect opportunity to find out a bit more about the treatment. I have to say this is the prettiest dentist I have been to. Coral on reception came to greet me she was polite friendly and lovely to chat to. Dr Hanel went through my consultation and checked over my teeth to make sure they are in a good condition to go ahead with the treatment. Emily put me at ease in a very large, strange x-ray machine and made sure I was comfortable. I think the part that that impressed me the most was the scan that takes pictures of your teeth and puts them on the screen to show you your potential results you can get from the treatment, Maria completed this for me and explained everything as we went along. Finally, Dani went through the treatment process with me and answered all of my questions so I knew exactly what to expect. I think I saw every member of staff that was in that day, and they all made me feel so comfortable. I have decided to go ahead with the treatment and they seemed as excited to see my journey as I am which is lovely. Thank you to everyone who was there that day.

Can’t recommend this place enough 🌟After lockdown it was impossible to get an appointment with my old dentist I had been seeing all my life. They had a huge backlog while still taking new patients. I decided I needed to change dental practice and found Smile Rooms Milton Keynes. From day one the reception staff were helpful, polite and so friendly. I needed some essential work done before getting some cosmetic work done. Everything was explained in detail. My questions answered with patience and the pricing is fair and made clear. No hidden charges or unexpected bills. Arantxa is a great dentist, she’s kind, professional and reassuring. I just wish I had found her and the rest of the team years ago. Anyone looking to try a new dentist should give Smile Rooms a go. You’ll be met by the brilliant team who will do everything they can to make you welcome. I went very recently for an Invisalign consultation. I had a great experience as soon as I went in. I was greeted very warmly and waited very briefly on the very nice sofas whilst I chatted with the ladies on the front desk. I then saw one of the nurses who gave me a 3D scan and X-ray all included in the free consultation. I was then able to speak to the dentist as well about the treatment. I didn't feel pressured at all to go ahead and commit to anything whilst I was there! I then was able to sit and chat about the finance options but again no pressure. I was able to go home and think about it before I decided to ahead, I did have some questions which when I called the lady on the front desk answered all of them for me! I am extremely happy so far with my experience and am looking forward to going ahead with my treatment. Would highly recommend. Also a very nice friendly environment within the surgery, I felt very comfortable there.

Having had previous bad experiences with hygienists I was very apprehensive about my appointment with Melissa. It turned out I didnt need to be as it was the best hygienist appointment I have ever had. She explained everything to me and used techniques to lessen the impact on my sensitive and gums. I would thoroughly recommend Melissa and the Smile Rooms. All the staff are lovely.
