Mark and the team at Teeth-in-Line were absolutely brilliant and I am so pleased with the results. From the initial consultation on my braces to the final fitting on my retainers everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful - answering any questions I had along the way and putting so much care and attention in to my treatment to get the perfect result. Great Service!!! Dr Tobin has been amazing all the way through my treatment, such a great knowledgeable orthodontist!!! Other branch very confusing clinic direction of Newport pagnell branch.. with no car park.. reception staff could not able to explain where they are located...hard to park.. although I missed one time.. they book me in for next week and went again..was great inside..👍🏻

My son had an appointment this week for his braces they explained everything to him, so it was his choice and we are booked in for a few weeks time. We have been under the practice for a while as he had a cross bite and had one brace to fix this. He is now hopefully only looking at a top brace as his bottom teeth are great. The practice was clean and everyone was very friendly

Amazing experience at each visit. I saw Mark for Invisalign over the course of two years, have had various follow up appointments with him since and the level of Customer Care is the same as when I went for my first appointment. The aftercare is second to none. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Reception are exceptionally outstanding. One of the dental nurses, Helen stands out for me for her level of care. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his Team to anyone thinking of using them. 5 big stars * in what must be a competitive business in our growing city.

Today, after a 2 year and 8 day treatment plan my daughter has had her braces taken off and to say she and I are delighted is an understatement! **EDIT We have been and spoken to the practice and have had the reasons explained in more detail. We are currently deciding on a plan going forward. Thank you for helping us to understand things.** Started out great. As my daughters treatment on it went downhill. Braces fitted in Oct of 2017 with a 3 to 4 year treatment plan. Removed after 17 months of having a full set, due apparently to her medical conditions...which would hinder her keeping her teeth free from staining, even though her normal dentist was absolutely satisfied with her level of brushing. She was meant to have surgery and bands, this never happened. Wires kept snapping and were not replaced with thicker ones. Brackets kept falling off and were not replaced properly. Trainee put first set of braces on and used so much glue it was hard to brush around the brackets. Bands kept snapping and it felt like we were constantly asking for something to be fixed. She has had multiple sets of retainers as they have been ill fitting and they were very reluctant to replace them at first. Second set of retainers were also very ill fitting, were to big, and we weren't sure if they were even her mould because they just fell out during the night. Retainers are no longer doing their job properly as they just bend in her mouth and her teeth have moved significantly, to the point where one tooth, which was due to be pulled in accordance with the treatment plan, is back in the same place it was at the start of her treatment, and her teeth are hurting again. She never had the bands fitted to fix her cross bite, which is causing chewing issues. We have been told by them that since she has had them taken off, she is not entitled to any more NHS treatment, unless it's because of accident trauma or second referral, but my daughters treatment plan was incomplete, so we will now have to go and plead our case to our regular dentist, in the hopes of another referral to another othodonist, as we both do not want the treatment from Teeth In-Line again.

I had my braces put on around 4 years ago and though braces hurt my dentist always made me feel welcomed and took away an anxious feeling I had or nervousness! Reception staff are just as lovely and just a lovely place! When I first went there and had to have my x-ray I was so embarrassed by my teeth I couldn't look at the photos of them! 2/3 years ago when I had my braces taken off I was very nervous about it but my dentist said it was something to look forward to and when I had them off I wasn't all that confident but I'm now as happy as ever with my outcome! I struggle with my retainers but I'm so happy with my teeth now and I can now smile whilst feeling confident😁 Thank you so much!

My daughter has just had her braces taken off after 18mths, so we have spent quite a bit of time at the surgery. I can honestly say that it has been a wonderful experience. From us entering, very nervously, a couple of years ago, not knowing what to expect, to seeing my daughter laugh her way through the treatment and actually looking forwards to going to her appointments - it has been better than we could ever have hoped for. The staff are lovely, efficient and accommodating. The Orthodontist was just the right mix of fun and strict - precisely what is required for a nervous teen! The premises are immaculate and even offer Wifi & TV while you wait, and in-date magazines. But, the icing on the cake is seeing my lovely daughter, delighted, with her smile perfectly straight at last - priceless!

If you're looking for a professional & caring team who can provide results, Teeth In Line are where to go. Throughout my treatment Dr Tobin & his team were Amazing! There are no words to describe how much my life has changed after having my braces. Your teeth can really have a toll o your confidence & on me, it surely did. I was really scared going about the whole thing, but they always answered any questions,but I had big or small. For those who are self conscious about how you look or letting your smile get you down, as long as you have Dr Tobin & his team you will be okay! I don't want to rant too long about how amazing my experience was, but if you're really serious about your teeth & want results these guys are fab! I would reccomend 100000% the best im all of Milton Keynes.

I'd like to add to the review I wrote about the practise few days ago. The review can be found below and I leave it as it was written. However, my opinion about the practice administration has now undergone 180 degree change. When I visited the practise in person to discuss the situation, the practise manager has handled it IMPECCABLY - with COURTESY and EFFICIENCY. - I can't say anything negative about the doctors themselves, but the administration of the practise is very disappointing. My son has missed his appointment -( no doubt not a great thing to do!). We received a letter asking to rearrange an appointment; I emailed the practise - have not received a reply. When I phoned them again to try and re-arrange an appointment by phone I was told that his file is closed. I do realise that my son and I are not without blame. But given that his is going through his GSCEs and I work full-time, I have to say that we have been uncharacteristically unpunctual for a reason that other parents might understand. I would have thought that closing a file and not even attempting to resolve the situation in some way is a bit harsh. Add to this the way in which the receptionist talked to me - no attempt at simple courtesy whatsoever - and it makes me think that we are better off going to some other practise,

As the Practice Manager @ Teethinline I am disappointed in Ertwin's comments and would offer to investigate the feedback made if he/she would like to get in touch with me at the practice. I would reassure current and prospective patients that New Patients are always and only assessed by a registered Orthodontic Specialist who has undertaken extensive training in their field. The Specialist will devise a treatment plan and then over-see treatment delivery.Other visits to the practice may involve other team members who are also extensively trained but not to specialist level and this is why treatment is only every prescribed by our Specialist Team. We pride ourselves on our practice training and ensure everyone is appropriately trained for the job they do in the practice. I am also disappointed that this person felt we did not dedicate the appointment to them and hence why they should come forward to enable me to investigate their feedback to enable me to discuss in more detail with our team - we are serious about customer satisfaction and use it as an opportunity to change and improve what we do as other feedback has shown.
