I have been suffering from a killing pain for more than seven years. Have been to various dentists and doctors, but still have the pain coming back more frequently, which makes living a normal life a dream. When the pain is back again this time, I called 111, and was referred to Dr. Navid's clinic. The doctor was very patient with listening to me and doing the check, and he took time to explain what might be the cause, what we may try, which shows his expertise. What also touched me is that he is not overdoing his job for money. He is only doing what is necessary. He also told me that if what we are trying now cannot work well, we may try other things. All of these means a lot to me. It is like a gleam of light in a pitch dark tunnel. The nurse is very considerate, friendly and patient. The receptionist is very warm-hearted, friendly, considerate, trustworthy. I don't know what is waiting in front of me, but I really want to say thank you to the whole team, and you are a gem of the world.

The moment you enter into this dental surgery you will feel comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and the staff are very welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a lovely positive and warm smile and I was offered tea, coffee and water. The dentist and dental assistant were both truly great. They were very reassuring and calmed my nerves as I explained my dental issues. I left feeling very confident and sure that I will be taken care of during my next visit. A very pleasant visit to the dentist (that's a sentence I never thought I'd say in life) :)

Excellent treatment received. I had neglected my teeth for nearly two years and it was entirely my own fault. I can't blame Lockdown for this as my previous Dentist, the excellent Dr Grant, ensured that I had access to an alternative Practice whilst he was shielding. Navid (Dr Sarrami) was welcoming and non-judgemental. He thoroughly examined my teeth and suggested options for treatment in a clear and positive manner. The necessary restorative work has now been completed and I am delighted with the results. I particularly appreciated the follow-up calls after the extensive treatment I'd received. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice to anyone.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I’ve had issues with my teeth for years and have never had the courage to seek any help until I came across these guys. I’ve been twice and still have a long journey, but they’ve been totally transparent about expectations, non-judgemental, so very friendly and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. The entire building is immaculate too and they still take COVID-19 very seriously so don’t worry about infection control/hygiene. I couldn't recommend a dentist more thoroughly. After battling with NHS waiting times and significant complications, I can't believe I have been able to be seen and treated so quickly. The whole team are friendly, professional and put you at ease. And, if you're lucky, Dr Sarrami will sing through your appointment. Seriously though, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for making my visit today comfortable and fun!, (not something you would normally say at a dentists!), nevertheless I was very impressed at how I was treated from the moment I walked in the door. I enjoyed my chat with the friendly receptionist who is very knowledgeable and made me laugh too, I was offered a cup of tea or coffee before I had even sat down, that's always a good start!. The dental work itself was exceptional, a chip in my tooth was fixed that wasn't even a part of my planned visit, it had been there for years too, I was amazed it was looked at and sorted without any fuss whatsoever and all in all I actually enjoyed my time in the chair!, (another thing you wouldn't normally say at a dentists!), I will be back rest assured. Very welcoming staff at the reception. You have immediately a good feel in the almost contemporary designed setting. After examination every step of the treatment is explained. You can trust Dr. Sarrami, I never felt better during treatment and afterwards. 55 Gosforth Smiles Clinic is my first choice and I can only highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a Dentist.

Needed to find a new dentist in Gosforth and thought I would try Gosforth Smiles. I have attended 3 appointments so far and all have been excellent from a communication and dentistry point of view. The team have really taken there time to explain how I can improve my dental hygiene and go through my dental history - something no other dentist has done for me.
