R. K.I saw Dr Mota after avoiding the dentist for a long time. As a result my teeth were in bad shape and some previous bad experiences with other dentists had made me very nervous. She is incredibly patient with me, took the time to explain everything she was doing in detail and why it was necessary and didn't make me feel judged about how bad I'd let my dental health get. She listened to my concerns, gave me helpful advice and has taken excellent care of me as a patient. I can't speak to any of the other dentists, but I would definitely recommend Dr Mota.

G. D.Easily the best opening hours in the North East, late night and Saturday. After trying all open dentists in Newcastle gateshead and Durham on a Saturday. Could not believe even dental hospital in Newcastle was closed. However visiting Mr waugh,s dental practice for the first time in Heaton, the best by far in my 55 years. Friendly polite receptionist,s and the lady dentist done exactly what I wanted an extraction. While being patient and explaining in detail the process first class a credit to themselves and the North East thank you.
