What an amazing dentists! I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Richard, as well as getting two bridges. The whole place is welcoming and every person I have encountered there has been friendly and helpful. My teeth were certainly not a simple case. Outstanding customer service from Paige, the treatment coordinator at Higgins and Winter. First time using the practice for purchase of Invisalign Vivera retainers for my son and daughter. The building the practice operates from is of a superb quality, with up to date modern equipment and the most pleasant staff who set you at ease. Richard is a very professional dentist who always talks you through any treatments you may require. When I first started going, it took me a little by surprise as my previous dentists had never done this. Whatever your dental requirements this practice can help and personally I would not go past them.

This is a very modern and friendly practice. I had stuck to my previous dentist for over 30 years and only changed when I needed an implant which was done painlessly and efficiently in this practice. I have since changed the same dentist for the wife now taken up the maintenance programme for both of us. Personally I found the best hygienist here. The bottom line is they take a real interest to ensure you have a healthy set of teeth not only with what they can do but also a lot on what you should maintain yours own teeth too. The dentist here actual refused to do the implant at first because he considered worthless the way I maintained my teeth previously. I had to improve my attention to the teeth and showed the improvement before he carried out the implant.

When I was a child, a dentist broke a needle in my jaw, so I'm somewhat prejudiced against them. I don't know quite how he does it but on those rare occasions when I need a jab, Richard literally manages to finish doing it before I realise he's even started! It is completely painless.This is a simple example of the care and attention I receive at H&W. When I visit my dentist, it is more like an enjoyable, social occasion than an uncomfortable or fearsome treatment to be endured. I have been a client of H&W since they started.
