Although a routine check-up, Gulshan was extremely thorough and took time to explain the current condition of my teeth and any issues that I needed to be aware of going forward. I found her very reassuring. All members of staff from check-in to chair are pleasant, polite and extremely professional.

Andrew is affable, professional and takes the time to explain treatments and answer questions which is very important to me as I like to understand what is going on and how to maintain my dental health. I am confident in his skills and never apprehensive about visiting the dentist as I have been at some other dentists. Please don't stop doing NHS work as some other practices have done.

Following two terrible experiences with a previous dentist I have been left with terrible anxiety solely around this. A broken tooth spured me to final join a waiting list but also be informed that I could book an emergency appointment by ringing the next day.A very helpful receptionist took my details and was able to give me an appointment that same day. The anxiety I felt was slowly dissipated from the polite and helpful receptionist to the lovely dental assistant who came to collect me from the waiting room (Maria I think ). My dentist was Farnam ,OMG what an absolute gem he immediately made me feel calm and reassured, he was kind and understanding and the best thing I didn't feel a thing. Excellent experience ,fabulous staff at all levels ..Thank you

I attended my appointment with Dr Hussam Babu Fatih. It was my first time at honour health as a patient, he was truly excellent. He made me feel very comfortable and his expertise were evident to see. He talked me through the process of what he was going to do taking his time to explain to me. Booking -communication is top -I received a couple of timely reminders and request to complete a COVID status questionnaire and outlined appointment again Reception -very friendly and helpful Dental Nurse -very pleasant and openly genuine Dentist -Farnon -he followed up my initial appt 2 months previously -when he did X Rays to show some gum softness and scheduled a full hour to ''have some fun'' --yes thatll be right! I had initial resurvey of my gums and some were less swollen -and followed by numbing of the gums to undertake a very deep clean -it was all completed in reasonable time efficiency and minimal discomfort Comprehensive briefing on after care using brushes to remove debris/plaque Unfortunately Farnon is departing for London to do an advanced course --and I wish him every success In summary this surgery provided professional and caring treatment -and consistently good Thank you

Mixed experience. I had to go private as I couldn't get an nhs appointment. The dentist only looked at the complaint I came in with and i didn't even receive a full check up which was dissapointing considering how much money I paid. Professional and nice practice however.

Wonderful dentist. They were easy to get an early appointment with. I was seen by Dr Diane who was so sweet, and gave me very good education on maintaining oral hygeine. They also have a nice program where you can pay monthly for 2 dentist and 2 hygeinist appointments per year, which is a lot better than paying in one go! Definitely recommend.

I came to see Zaakia the hygienist for a scale and polish. I told her I was a bit nervous as I don’t like the sensation of the scaler. Zaakia took such care and asked throughout if I was ok. I was so happy with the results after the scale and polish (which removed a stain on one of my teeth that I didn’t think would ever go) I have already recommended the hygienist to my friends.

Very disappointed couldn't see my regular dentist as I was told that because she was running late I was seen by different dentist and whilst she was excellent it wasn't the same as seeing same person and I felt that the lady who was due in later than me got see by Gulshan and was given preference over me. I was due to be seen at 2.25 and at 2.45 when it was other patients appointment I was ushered to the other dentist. I know it cannot be helped when busy or times run over but was, as I said, disappointed. I was also told that on my records it said I couldn't manage stairs which was incorrect and I had made this clear a long time ago before I started seeing Gulshan so once again I explained I had changed this information and had been using stairs on many appointments previously.

I am really pleased with my treatment, as for long time I believed that I will never have a nice smile and Doctor Gulshan proved me different. Worked really hard on my whitening process and now on replacing crowns that are very difficult to be replaced. Those crowns were supposed to make my smile way much nicer but wasn't possible because I was in danger on loosing two front teeth and now is possible, I truly am over the moon. I know I can go to the dentist with trust. Many thanks and definitely put a smile on my face! Many thanks to the Dental Nurse that is working along with Doctor Gulshan as she is very nice to me all the time. The reception team is very intuitive and helpful , thank you very much!

I have been with Honour Health for a few years, they've always been friendly and helpful. My appointment last week was a little different because of the additional safety measures, and I was reassured and impressed with how the challenges have been met. Someone called me before the appointment to talk through what to expect and everyone I spoke to was friendly and appropriately masked or distant. The dentist and her assistant were both really kind, reassuring and professional. They explained what they were doing and what they wanted me to do clearly and patiently. Andrew Marr is such a lovely and patient dentist. I have dental anxiety and in all my appointments he always explains what he's going to do and gives you time if you need it. As expected, the tooth broke in several pieces, all of which he removed in stages, allowing rests in between. And it was practically painless - just the odd twinge. I’m very fussy about my dentist and used to travel hours just to see one I trusted. Finally I tried here out because travelling wasn’t feasible. It was a good decision, the staff here are friendly and the dentists know what they’re doing and they’re good at what they do. It’s also just a really nice building too especially for a dental surgery.

My most recent visit was first with Gulshan for my 6 month check up and then with Sam, for my hygiene appointment. Gulshan and I discussed my treatment, and as always, I felt reassured and fully informed. It was the first time back to the aerosol cleaning with Sam for over a year, and that meant that Sam and her assistant were in full PPI. They were very reassuring as this can look quite scary at first. However they were so lovely, I felt calm and at ease, which is even important than usual in these difficult times. All of the assistants and the practice reception staff were welcoming and friendly. As always, I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism throughout the practice.

Very competent and professional team (dentists and hygienists). I still come to the Osborne Rd practice, although it is no longer a very convenient location for me, because of the trust I have in it. One tiny minor quibble might be the frequent changes in staff, but that is normal with early to mid-career dental surgeons and not the practice's fault. Continuity of care is always ensured and I have never experienced any issues.

Great dentist in Jesmond . Before moving to Jesmond I had been to other dentists who said nothing could be done with my teeth . However after a course of Invisalign I can now smile with confidence . With the monthly scheme you get regular check ups with the dentist and hygienist. Would recommend highly :)

Large practice so plenty of dentists to choose from - generally you will see the same denist for scheduled appointments, though on occasions another will fill in for them.
