Had been in a lot of pain with toothache across an area and was struggling to locate the exact issue. Mr Hails saw me as an emergency, located the tooth skilfully (i wasn't much help) and started an emergency root canal procedure which resolved the ache. He is a top, top dentist and i'm very appreciative.

Old school me, scared of dentists, however, Mrs Sue Hails, was wonderfull, had to have large filling (she numbed me up, and didn't hurt a bit) lovely person who really helped to put me at my ease. All other dental staff, nurses and receptionists where brilliant. 5 stars for Newburn Dental Surgery.
