I have been registered at this practice for years, always seemed to see a different dentist/ technician. As dental practices go it was alright. Until my recent visit! Where I had the pleasure of being worked on by Emily and Laura ! The attention they gave to my needs was unparalleled, it’s the small things like making small talk as they worked rather than the horrible tense silence, they really helped me relax. I can honestly say it was boarding on an enjoyable dentist trip ! Which is a unicorn in its self ! - Thank you to both Laura and Emily

Have had multiple appointments with Dr Lai, all of which have been fantastic. He always deals with my questions considerately and works efficiently. I recently had a hygienist appointment with a Dr who I have unfortunately forgotten the name of, but she was also fantastic. I've never had a hygienist appointment so comfortable, and the results are the best I've ever seen my teeth. Very impressed.

Excellent bleaching service! I went to Newcastle Dental Care for bleaching. All staff are very friendly. The doctor gave me professional advice and designed a plan for making my teeth brighter. During the following week, I had a filling, saw the hygienist and received the bleaching kit. After two weeks, the colour of my teeth has moved from the middle of the colour guide to the first in the front which is the best one. The doctor also gave me tips on how to keep them white in the future :) Thank you all for making my smile brighter!
