Delighted with my recent visit. It was just a routine check-up, but I was very impressed with all the safety/hygiene measures that had been put in place ... and yet the waiting areas still had a comfortable and welcoming feel about them. I felt completely 'safe' throughout, and the standards of treatment were as high as ever. This is a superb dental practice. I have been a patient/customer here for about 30 years; the facilities are terrific (it's a pleasure to wait!!), the standard of care is excellent, and the admin is very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

I'm not afraid to say that I'm scared of the dentists. Not just scared, petrified! But I find John always has a way to calm my nerves and anxiety. Never does anything that I wouldn't be comfortable with, is very informative and a real gentleman. The hygienist duo are amazing too! I appreciate all the advise and conversation, especially advise in regards to my 2 and half year old. Literally everyone is super nice and friendly and with Covid times, everything is so safe and clean! Thank you for being a great practice.

Very friendly staff from the reception team, dental nurses and dentists I used to stress about going to the dentist but not anymore the staff put you totally at ease. I have been registered with several dentists over many years but this is by far the best, just wish I had found them earlier.

Had an emergency appointment after a fall 🙈 The staff were amazing! Very friendly, as you can imagine, obviously I felt a bit silly after what had happened. They made me feel at ease and they sorted my problem out straightaway. You can’t actually tell which tooth has been damaged. Very professional. Would highly recommend! 👍🏻

The Hygienist Faye is the best Hygienist of any dentist possible. Every other Hygienist I have ever visited seems to just aggressively and painfully clean and polish whereas she has it down to perfection.

On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, instructed on the precautions to be taken while in the surgery, and as usual me and my wife left feeling safe with the precautions taken and as usual very pleased with our dental treatment.Just to add I and my wife have been patients at Simpson and Nesbit Dental practice for many years, at first when John was in Sunderland and then when John created his first class practice in Newcastle he invited us to stay with him, we are both in our mid seventies and have perfect teeth thanks to John and his teams treatment and advice

Had an emergency with a large chip in my front tooth and managed to get an appointment the next morning so was really happy with that. All staff really nice and had Dr Edwardson who did a great job and was able to fix it straight away so would definitely recommend, only con is it is more expensive but you get a good service
