Great experience so far! Initial appointment over the weekend which I was welcomed with ease. Quite a nervous patient and felt relaxed and fully informed of everything upfront. Not once did I feel any pressure to accept the proposed treatment, and overall I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment costs. Had my consultation this morning and it was very pleasant experience. Friendly greeting at the door and offered a drink during my short wait. Sunny explained everything that was going to be done with my Invisalign treatment, and showed me how my teeth would eventually look, which I was very happy with. Carley then explained the process further and all the payment options available to me, and I’m now going to start my Invisalign in a few weeks. Also a very modern and aesthetically pleasing place. Definitely recommend!

Went in for my first Invisalign consultation yesterday and was amazed by the interior (really doesn't feel like your standard dentist visit), and got a very warm welcome from the staff. The Invisalign process was thoroughly explained yet I was in and out in 15 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised at their prices for the packages. Arrived at smmile this morning for my appointment and I was greeted by the friendly receptionists who took me over to the waiting area and offered me drinks. The dentist and his assistant were also friendly, professional and thorough. They explained everything to me, took X-rays, pictures and Advised of how long the treatment would be. I then met with another lovely lady who explained everything further in terms of payment etc and helped me choose the best payment plan for me. All in all it was a great experience and I’m excited to be on this journey to straighter teeth. I would definitely recommend smmile as your option if you’re looking for a straighter smile along with great service.

I went here after seeing the Christmas offer for 200 pound off, having already spoken to my own dentist about what i actual needed (having smashed my front teeth when i was a child) i had an idea in mind but was worried about the cost as every time i went my dentist had added things. I went here and spoke with Casey who explained all my finance options and way to do as a student without a credit check but instead a large deposit which is what i wanted. After this i was so much more relaxed and the things they can do to show you and track your journey technology wise etc is amazing! Honestly can’t wait to start!

[Post treatment] Simple and straightforward experience from the consultation process and down to receiving the retainers. Staff were very attentive and made the experience comfortable. I was well informed and any queries were answered during the regular appointments. Following up to receiving new aligner sets, I was always pleasantly surprised by the check in to make sure there were no problems. The aligners itself were painless from what I could remember but this would vary for individuals. The orthodontist was very professional with their work - especially with the IPR process. Personally heard some unfortunate stories on this from various Invisalign centers but the procedure couldn't have gone more smoothly here. One slight issue was that after the final appointment, I was informed the retainers would be available the week after. But after waiting for a month I'd only decided to ring up to check and turns out it was ready for collection. It didn't affect the overall experience, more like a nitpick on my part and would have liked to be informed sooner. If you're considering invisalign rather than traditional braces, you won't go wrong with Smmmile. Just finished my Invisalign treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was told at separate practices nothing could be done with my teeth and Invisalign wouldn’t work, this clearly wasn’t the case as my teeth are now perfect. From first walking through the door to finishing the treatment, I couldn’t fault a thing. All staff were super friendly and made you feel at ease throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I came with a lot of questions and they were incredibly helpful with answering them. A quick phone call away for any of my concerns. The girls were very lovely and professional and put me at ease during the session. A 3D scan of my teeth was done and it's fascinating to be able to see the final result. I had my first consultation earlier this week and the staff present were all so lovely and friendly. Upon my arrival, I was kindly offered a hot beverage drink from one of the members of staff and they made me feel super comfortable so a 10/10 for their customer service! The inside of the clinic looks very sleek and professional and the technology used is very advanced, so it is far more different from standard dental practices! The consultation was delivered at an excellent standard, highly informative and also provided a good insight on what services they provide. Overall, very satisfied visiting here and I would recommend others to definitely pay a visit :)

Extremely pleased with the whole experience at Smmmile. Front staff were polite and made you feel very welcome in the modern premises, the dentist I spoke with was the definition of professional. He talked me through the issues with my teeth, which were unfortunately too severe to be treated with Invisalign, and there was no hard sell or anything like that! They could have easily told me to go ahead, but instead were extremely honest and transparent, and gave me proper advice of how to proceed with my condition. Overall, an amazing place and I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to improve their smile!

My daughter, Eva, has recently started her treatment with Smmmile and so far our experience has been 1st class. From the first initial consultation I felt at ease and I knew Eva was in safe hands. The dentist explained every step and the video illustration (clingcheck) showing how her teeth will change each week was amazing! I now forget Eva is actually wearing Invisalign retainers as they really are practically invisible and unless you knew she was wearing them it’s hard to notice. She takes them out to eat, of course, bit easily pops them back in afterwards and changes to a new set each week. She got used to wearing them very quickly and she suffers from no pain or discomfort like my eldest daughter did with standard metal braces. The staff at the practice were so friendly and extremely professional and Eva is already looking forward to her next appointment and we both can’t wait to see the end results. I also loved the fact that Invisalign is really affordable, especially when 0% finance is available too. Thanks to Smmmile our journey so far has been fantastic - Helen
