100% recommend this dentist practice, From emergency appointment to extraction of tooth the service was second to none. Harpal is very professional , friendly and has a great sense of humour. Extraction was totally pain free and was put at total ease. The receptionists/dental nurses are lovely and friendly as well,would not go anywhere else now I have discovered this practice and will have no hesitation recommending it to anyone. 5 STARS from me.

If you are an international student, you can get free treatment. In general, this dental practice is an optimal place.

Today was my first appointment at the practice. It was recommended to me by a colleague and I will be doing the same for anyone else that asks. My appointment was on time, the dentist was lovely, he made me feel at ease from the start and the banter on the reception desk between the staff was so refreshing and took away any of the normal stuffy, anxieties and formalities you expect from a waiting room. 👍

Mr Happ and his colleagues are so so so sweet and friendly！At first I feel so dreadful of dentist…due to my former experience — The decayed tooth treatment without anesthetic is so painful in my place. Also，it is the first time accept tooth treatment in UK. But the receptionists were so nice and warm-hearted when I first steped into this dental office. Well，I did feel less stress then. Mr Happ used special equipment examined my teeth and unfortunately found 6 decayed teeth. I was totally shocked！Because I checked my teeth before arriving UK. Ok，fine¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Then we arranged 3 treatments which were fun and happy. We were chating during the treatment and sorry I forgot the name of the beautiful lady who taught my authentic Newcastle accent. Yes，how can I leave Newcastle without learning some local newsaccent！Also，Mr Happ explained every step and the reason of each，I really have learned a lot of dental knowledge.These treatments were so incredibly fast and efficient. These guys are really nice. Well，if you are afraid of dentist，I definitely highly recommend this dental place！

This dental practice is a rare gem, the practitioners and support staff running it really know how to treat their patients well. The receptionists are courteous and professional; they even give you a reminder call a day or two before your appointment so that you don’t forget. I also had the pleasure of being attended to by the two dentists in this practice (Dr Harpal and Dr Bryony). Both are excellent dentists, they are friendly and approachable. They take the time to explain things to you and even have a chat while waiting for the local anaesthetic to kick in. Had a filling done here, it initially gave me some problems because for some unknown reason, my teeth didn't like it (it's an uncommon thing but it does happen). Thankfully, the issue was quickly resolved by Dr Harpal and now it's a-okay. And yes, this practice is actually owned and managed by a practicing dentist, something that is sadly becoming more uncommon nowadays. I believe that no one is better suited to running a dental/medical practice than a trained dentist/GP. With these people, at least you know that they always have the patient’s best interests at heart. I can definitely recommend this practice, especially for those who fear dentists and for those who had a bad experience with those dental franchises that are springing up like mushrooms. Trust me, you might even look forward to your next dental appointment instead of dreading it after coming here.

I don't often add Google reviews but I have to say I am impress. Not only the dentist at Saint Mary did a fantastic job but I listened to some interesting facts and stories before and while he was extracting my tooth. Of course with the anesthetics I didn't feel a thing but even afterwards I hardly felt anything. Last but not least there was no pressure into getting anything done that wasn't necessary and the cost is very reasonable.

Can't recommend dentist Bryony enough. I've been having lots of problems with my root canal on and off for years, despite seeing various other dentists at different practices. Bryony identified the issue straight away and sorted the problem immediately. She was very reassuring and put me at ease. Can't thank her enough for sorting years of dental pain within an hour!
