Person with childhood trauma from dentist here Been there today as an emergency and this experience changed my life as treatment given whipped my trauma away and I found myself a dentist too. Laura the doctor is brilliant and everyone in surgery is extremely nice polite and professional 94 dental could be giving training to others surgeries and GP's on how to take care of stressed preson in pain! With a massive phobia of the dentist- going for a visit is not one of my favourite things to do. However one morning when I woke up in agony with a tooth 94 dental couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. Elena straight away on reception was so friendly and caring especially when I got emotional on the phone due to the pain and the anxiety kicking in. Asheesh the dentist was very friendly and chatty which helped put me at ease before any treatments were done and didn’t make me feel stupid or silly for not being to the dentist. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now as it’s took a while to find a dentist that has made me feel so comfortable and this is most definitely the best one for miles around. :)

I was fitted in as an emergency appointment as my NHS dentist did not really want to see me, problem with my left lower molar. Ashish was very approachable, saw me the next day and I was absolutely bowled over by how hygienic and safe the set up was (I am a GP). He diagnosed the problem in no time and I am in his safe hands for some follow up treatments. Fantastic practice, can't praise highly enough, keep up the good work. Dr Avkash Jain

I am not one for giving recommendations for people doing their job but have to say this practice and especially Laura are head and shoulders above what I have used in over 40 years. I was an emergency patient in extreme agony partly caused by a tooth abscess and partly by my aversion to dentists because of previous experiences . Laura was very professional and has a natural calming , understanding caring manner and quickly highlighted the problem and gave options for treatment . Thank you all so much . From a selfish perspective I wish they were taking on patients but sadly has a number of years waiting list - obviously a mark of their qualities as a dentist and team .Well done all and thank you .

Excellent team of staff. Excellent Dentist who takes pt into confidence and takes time without rushing to discuss treatment options before proceeding. Very good hygienist service. I was amazed that it didn’t pain or bleed while scaling my teeth. I highly recommend this clinic due to the overall care given.

I had been suffering from a tooth ache for around 1 week. When I contacted 94 dental, they booked me in at the earliest opportunity, they dealt with the issue immediately, and completed follow up appointments to rectify the issue for the long term. On my last appointment I was treated with superb understanding by Ash, he gave me insight into the cause of my pain, which was useful for my reassurance that the pain would not reoccur. Absolutely fantastic team at 94 Dental. I just moved over from a different Dentist in Newport and aren't I glad I did. Laura my Dentist is very caring and really helped with my dental issues. She took her time and really wanted to help unlike other Dental Surgeries in Newport. Also Liz my Hygienist did an excellent job. Went into dental practice a little nervous as had not been a dentist for a few years and knew I needed some work done..a lot better experience than my early nhs experiences..far more professional letting patient know what gowing on with teeth. Wish we had these dentists before from a 50 yr old...

Before I came here I was petrified of the dentist. Here they made me feel comfortable straight away, They always go the extra mile and try and fit you in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else the whole team are amazing, especially ash he is one in a million and so friendly.
