S. C.My son and I had a warm welcome as soon as we entered, Eloise explained what would happen next. My son was seen by Eloise and regretfully I don't know the name of her assistant, but he was fantastic. Confident, reassuring to my son and friendly. We then saw Adam his orthodontist who was great, everything was explained, the procedures, the plan and what we need to do to form sons oral care. Lovely decorations in the practice too.
Very professional, reassuring, welcoming and confident which made us feel at ease about the whole process. Highly recommended.
C. R.I've had a lovely experience over the past 3 years here and highly recommend it to those needing treatment. I had experienced other places previous including hospitals but the only place I felt secure enough and happy enough with my treatment is here. I always felt welcomed and went from feeling highly uncomfortable with my teeth to so confident with them in just a few months.
J. G.The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Treatment received by my son has been excellent. Communication has been good including text message appointment reminders and the ability to fill in forms online.
The only downside is that the parking can be tricky but there's not a lot that can be done about that.

M. M.Had to take my daughter back and forth here for 4 years. Staff are very welcoming. Very clean and fresh inside. The receptionist is polite and will get you an appointment to suit you. They also text to remind you the day before. The two orthodontists we saw were top notch!
Appointments are very quick in most cases. I’ve driven 25 miles and been in and out in 5 minutes. Only 4* because we have had to return a few times as braces came off and one appointment they forgot to cancel so was a wasted journey.
Also the car park is very tight with only a few spaces. Not enough to accommodate the number of patients.
