Genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever used. Over the past couple years struggled to find a dentist I could trust, always felt like they Want you in and out as quickly as possible and don’t listen to what your problem is. Visited a dentist today who fobbed me off with painkillers and antibiotics and I knew it wasn’t right so gave brixworth dental practice a go. Here they take the time to listen to you, make you feel at home, are completely open with you and not to mention it’s extremely welcoming decor and friendly staff. Will 100% be staying with this dental practice they are brilliant.

Location is good to where I live parking can be tricky but they do have spaces you just double park. Nice reception area, excellent staff. Appointments need to made in advance, reminders sent if requested. Dentist excellent, quick efficient, keeps you informed of state of play open and honest. Hygienist very good service gives hygiene advice if needed. Booking is essential, plan ahead, I was lucky to pick up a cancellation so did not have to wait until my new year appointment. All in all a very pleasant visit, pricing acceptable, they do have plans, modern day dentistry experience. Thank you.

Dealt with me promptly on 2 occassions this month for urgent dental work whih required xrays, temporary filling and eventually an extration. Friendly efficient pratice .. already booked the review of work undertaken. Explained everything through clearly including xrays. Pratice cleanliness immaculate. Nurses and dentists very reassuring.

Monica dealt with my problem in the short term and gave me treatment advice for my next scheduled visit in a couple of weeks time. The practice is always friendly and helpful and I am more than happy with the dental work they have carried out for me.

Good experience - the hygenist was able to give me some advise which was helpful and i am taking that advise on board. Was able to be seen on time, which is a nice change from other dentists i have been to and not being seen on time.

The best dental practise ever. Rob is amazing and the best dentist! He numbs me up for my fillings and I don’t feel a thing it’s so relaxing! Also the hygienist is lovely and all the staff made me feel so comfortable. I cannot wait to go back for more!! Thank you so much and I’ll see you soon for my next treatment. I had a very painful tooth, and it was removed with the utmost care, along with calm and reassuring dialog all the way through. I knew this extraction would be painful but clearly I was given plenty of pain relief, and treated with real compasion. I recently had root canal treatment with Sanil (Rachael assisting) and the experience was completely pain free. Luckily for me, Sanil spotted the issue before I had any dental pain, so I'm sure that helped, as you often hear some 'horror' stories. I was very apprehensive but Sanil and Rachael put me at ease. Thank you both so much 😁

We have had fantastic care from Brixworth Dental. The team have gone out of their way to provide care for my daughter who has needed to have emergency dental treatment. Everyone we have encountered has been helpful, professional and caring. My daughter had been really nervous about having her procedure but the staff put her at ease and she felt no pain at all and hadn’t even realised she had been injected. Having her favourite Netflix programme on the TV on the ceiling definitely helped distract her! Nilesh was calm, patient and really caring. Practice is clean and organised and good systems in place with respect to the current coronavirus situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service all round. The reception is warm and welcoming and the team provided me with all possible information. I called at short notice with a painful failed extraction from a previous dentist some years ago. I'm nervous but the whole procedure was virtually without discomfort. I will be a regular for my dental needs ongoing. No pressure selling to rebook. Yes this is a private service but in my opinion they are notably a cut above the rest. Worth every penny.

The people here are extremely understanding, I don't have the most perfect teeth but they show patience, kindness and are constantly advising so that I can hold onto my teeth! The hygienist is the nicest lady, constantly listening and extremely sympathetic. As a previous nervous dental patient who wanted to change the way my teeth looked - I was really sceptical about going through the process of having to endure more dental treatment. I met John Davey and explained what I wanted and also how dentists had historically made me feel and I immediately felt at ease. He took the time to explain every step of the process and at all made me the feel it was possible to smile again using my teeth. What a difference!!!!! I find myself looking in the mirror as I cannot believe the results after many years of wondering what I was going to do with my teeth. Everybody who knows me cannot believe the transformation. Dr John Serrano-Davey offers free orthodontic consultations including Invisalign. He is a Diamond Invisalign provider, which means he has a wealth of experience with Invisalign. The free consultation is a 30 minute appointment with John as well as an appointment with the co-ordinator which usually last a further 15 minutes. The aim is to have plenty of time to enable questions to be answered. At the free consultation a treatment plan with cost of treatments is given in writing to take away. The practice team are always willing to answer them. Interest free finance is available.

Very thorough treatment. While the treatment is going on you are always informed of progress so you know how far through you are. Advice is given at the end which you are encouraged to take. I would certainly recommend the practice.
