Julie the receptionist has been really good with my 16 Yr old son. He suffers from anxiety and was really anxious about getting his retainers. She made him feel very calm and comfortable about entering the building. Thank you for such a great service everyone for the past nearly 3yrs.

My daughter had her first appointment today, very impressed. The two young ladies taking my daughters xray and impressions made her feel at ease as she was very nervous. I waited in reception and julie was very welcoming. Amazing experience especially as I was told I might have to wait nearly two years on a waiting list and julie got me in within two weeks fantastic.

I give this practice 5 stars. My son had his brace done and I have another son is doing his brace. The staff are understanding and have passion with what they do. The receptionist is very friendly, Julie helps me a lot with the bookings and explanations. She is patient with us and is very helpful. Well done, Cheyne Walk Orthodontics,m Keep on smiling.

This is one of the nicest dental places I’ve seen. The building is beautiful and full of character. I brought my daughter in with autism and the lady we saw was brilliant, she took her time to explain everything thoroughly throughout our stay and there are not many medical clinics like that. Trust me, we have had awful experiences at my own dentist and doctors surgery.

My daughter had braces here. Although it took 3 years, we have seen lots of improvement. To begin with we saw quite a few different dentists but since they have changed management the service has been superb. The receptionist is lovely, the staff have been consistent and the after care advise is very good. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I brought my daughter here for her braces for many years, the staff at the beginning were ok but recently the staff from the past year til now have been absolutely brilliant, such a friendly atmosphere and the results were just amazing. Her teeth were very very wonky and now they are unbelievable. I notice other comments 'rubbish' and 'unclean' I must say I have never seen a cleaner dental clinic, this clinic is not dirty and most definitely is not rubbish. The rooms are huge and is not like a standard NHS dental clinic. I would also like to thank the NHS for funding this treatment. Thank you

Firstly I would like to thank everyone at Cheyne walk for my sons teeth. My eldest had his braces fitted at another dentist in Northampton and his experience was just ridiculous in comparison to my middle child who came here. The other dental clinic only opened until 2pm and if you wanted an after school appointment you had to be a private patient and I work in a school so it was really inconvenient. The waiting list was 6 months at the previous place and the staff were not very nice. 1. The waiting list at Cheyne walk was a couple of weeks. 2. I could get after school appointments. 3. The staff were friendly. 4. They open late. 5. There is a car park! I will be asking my dentist to refer my daughter here if she needs braces in the future.

Unfortunately my daughter was not able to be treated at this clinic due to complications of her teeth as there are teeth stuck inside her bone which require surgeons at the hospital. My daughter was referred to Northampton General hospital and I must say the hospital is a waste of time , the lady at Cheyne walk then referred me to Milton Keynes and they rejected us, She then referred us to Kettering who has finally accepted my daughter. Although we were not treated at this clinic, I must say the efforts the staff here made to get my daughter in a hospital was superb.
