I have been on a journey to find the right dental practice that would understand my needs and take all the apprehension away. I found it at Cliftonville. The staff are so friendly competent and professional and nothing is too much to ask for. If your looking for the perfect place - look no further as Dr Anesh Patel is the one you are looking for. I am a nervous patient when it comes to anything more than a simple dental checkup, so I asked my dentist to refer me to Cliftonville as I wanted to be sedated when having a troublesome wisdom tooth removed. The team at Cliftonville are wonderful - so friendly and polite and really helped to calm my nerves. I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday and I don’t remember anything after the IV cannula being inserted! (Well done to Amita for getting the cannula in as I have rubbish veins!). They allowed my partner in the room as I was being sedated and as soon as they were done (10 minutes later) he came back into the room to see me. Day 2 and I have no pain, just very mild stiffness in my jaw. I highly recommend Cliftonville Dental for anyone, especially if you’re nervous patient. They don’t judge you at all, and everything is done at your pace. Thank you for making me feel so welcome & listened to! I will be returning if I need any further dental work done ☺️

I hadn't been to the dentist in 9 years due to a long standing phobia from when i was younger. I found Cliftonville when looking for dental practices that have services that cater to nervous patients. Firstly, i feel like i was put at ease as it didn't feel as though my fear was a burden or frustrating to anyone. Everyone was incredibly patient with me and that really helped. After speaking with Amita it was decided that sedation dentistry would be the course of treatment that would suit me. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is anxious or nervous when it comes to the denist. I've gone from dreading appointments in the weeks leading up to them, to actually falling asleep during my latest session which is absolutely incredible to me. I can't thank Amita and everyone at Cliftonville enough for helping me and fixing my smile.

Brought my son for teeth extraction. Having tried at his usual dentist to extract the teeth and him reacting and passing out, our practice manager managed to find Dr Amita Peet. She was absolutely amazing, talked through the sedation procedure with him at our first meeting and the anxiety that he had. On the day of extractions he arrived very nervous and worried. We were taken straight in and Dr Amita just got on with the procedure. He can’t really remember what happened but certainly has a positive end to the months of trying to extract teeth in preparation for a brace. Would throughly recommend for any children that need teeth taking out when sedation is the next step.

Going to the dentist is not normally considered to be a great day out, but the Cliftonville Dental Practice goes out of its way to make it as fun an experience as possible. All the staff are genuinely caring, friendly and charming and make you as relaxed as they possibly can; they explain what is happening and what your options are at every stage. They have taken precautions against Covid-19 very seriously, even if they do admit that wearing all the protective gear makes it seem as though Halloween has come early! Using modern technology is a central theme: recently I went in with a large filling wedged between two teeth and, just over two hours later, walked out with a crown that, thanks to onsite 3-D printing, is probably the best looking and best fitting crown I have ever had.

Very impressed with Cliftonville Dental, they are extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Both my initial check up with Carmen and my follow up hygiene session with Lauren were carried out with the utmost care and they made me feel extremely valued which is something that I felt was missing from my NHS dentist. They were also understanding about my mask exemption which is much appreciated. Highly recommend going to see them.

I have been a patient of this practice since it was purchased in 2004. Every aspect of the practice deserves a 5 star rating. Over the years, I have been treated by Anesh, Arti and Steph. They are excellent dentists/hygenist and I have complete faith in them as professionals. The business has invested in the best dental technology and training. Anesh makes sure that I understand the options and cost implications for every treatment. I invariably trust his judgement. What's more, he passes the ultimate test of a dentist: no pain! The reception staff are friendly and efficient. I don't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Cliftonville Dental is the best dentist I've ever found. If you have an emergency, they will usually be able to see you the same day. If not the next day. They will then be able to carry the work out in the next few days. No other dentist I spoke to has been able to offer this level of service in the middle of the pandemic. Their equipment is really sophisticated and they will usually find route causes for issues that other dentists failed to see. They also make their own crowns, inlays, etc. in house. The best thing still is that they truly care about their patients. Anita, my dentist, will numb you before numbing you so that the injection is not as painful. One day she saw my lips were cracked and put Vaseline on them. The practice will also call you the next day to check on you. To me it's all about these little details. I recommended my partner and his father to the surgery and they were equally happy. They don't want to return to their previous dentist now.
