Perfect, clean, lovely, enthusiastic dentist. When I went last time, a man and lady was causing some carnage and the staff handled the situation very well and professionally. The dentistry is very good!!

I had a hygienist appointment with Sophie and nurse Lilly. It was the best hygienist appointment I've ever had. I upgraded for the airflow, I had a choice of flavours to chose from. My teeth came out spotless and gleaming. I fully recommend and will come back regularly.

Attended the surgery for a hygienist appointment with Nicole. She was very professional and thorough throughout the appointment. Made me feel comfortable ,was very knowledgeable and keen to help me with any queries/ questions that I had. The surgery was incredibly clean and sanitary - which in the current climate is very reassuring! I have recommended family to go there and I will be returning.

I attended the practice to have a hygienist appointment with Nicole. I was very nervous due to having sensitive teeth and also previous negative experiences with other practices. I explained my concerns to Nicole and she talked me through the process. Nicole was very approachable and professional. She communicated with me throughout and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see Nicole and now feel at ease with attending the practice. The surgery was clean and all staff were welcoming. I was also very pleased with the advice and work carried out.

Recently had a dental check up and followed it up by seeing the hygienist. It was first time seeing the hygienist and I was very impressed with the results. Tom did a fantastic job cleaning and polishing my teeth and would highly recommend to anyone.

Today I had an appointment with the Hygienist and he was absolutely professional and excellent. I have never had my teeth so clean. At first, Tom examined my teeth and gum and explained to me how to look after my oral health. As a patient is nice to feel welcome and been care by someone with high level of professionalism. Hi, I recently took my son in to have two fillings and he is an anxious boy and was extremely nervous about ' the drill'.However, Monique and Fransisco were fantastic with the procedure, they were patient, mindful and talked things through with my son so as he felt at ease.That's excellent people skills! I recently came in to see Tom the hygienist for a clean and Airflow treatment. He was very welcoming and professional and my teeth looked and felt great afterwards, even managing to remove glue from my braces,that had been left on my teeth for 6 years! I would definitely recommend!

Visited here for the 2nd time last week. I had not been for around 3 years. My 1st visit wasn't pleasant as the dentist was rather arrogant towards me. Last week's visit was much better. I had swapped my original dentist to Mario. He was excellent and extremely professional. He even booked me in for a free hygienist appointment with a student. Normally this is £58 on NHS price.

I have recently registered at this surgery and received excellent , considerate and very professional and courteous treatment. If I could give them 6 Stars I would. It is apparent that the staff go out of their way to make awkward and very nervous patients such as myself as comfortable as possible.

A few bad reviews on here just seem to be bitter people after 1 bad experience... I've had a few appointments here and can say they are great. The receptionists are very polite and if you're unsure of anything they're happy to help you out. The dentist was great to me, made sure i was comfortable. I went in for a very painful wisdom tooth and some sensitive fillings i had from years ago by previous dentists. They managed to give me new fillings which has lasted well. And also booked me for wisdom tooth removal as it was beyond repair and very painful. Surgery went down well and they offered great after care with checkups. I do recommend this dentist thoroughly.

Something to be aware of here, which I had no idea of - and was certainly not informed of at the time. I paid £700 or so for a veneer on private treatment to cover a chipped front tooth. The dentist who carried out the work has moved on and my veneer has developed a crack. Went in to have this checked out and was told that there is no guarantee on the work as the dentist is no longer working here!! The practice takes no responsibility. I have had it almost 5 years, but would expect it to last longer than that! Buy hey I can pay another £700 for a replacement if I want to get it fixed! Not impressed with that one. Oh and a £20 something charge to have had it looked at!! Other than that I have found them to be all good, hence the 3 stars. Not pleased right now though.

I have been going here for over 12 years (old building and new). Through my own fault I forgot about 2 check ups in a row and was struck off. They asked me to email to get back on, I apologised and did so. No reply. I called and they said to take that as a No. I'm utterly gobsmacked. I fully get the policy for striking people off who miss appointments but to deny any attempt to re-register despite 12 years of using them?? Feel like I've been blacklisted now. Very very disappointed. If you've read this far, if you get registered, it's actually a 4/5 star place! But the missed appointment policy is far too harsh. Shame. Edit (09/05/19): I'm re-registered! So pushed stars up to 3!
