I have been with this dental surgery for many years. My previous dentist retired and being a very nervous patient I didn’t go for a long time. I had nothing to fear. Carla is fantastic and I have been able to build a relationship with her so that i trust her implicitly. Even to the point of recently having a filling! She is so patient and caring. All the staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend this dental 🦷 practice.

Had five teeth removed this morning 12/05/22 Excellent service Thankyou to my dentist and the lovely staff , feeling a bit grotty after minor oral surgery but have had good advice on what to do and what not to do , looking forward to future appointments to get denture fitted a big Thankyou 😊

I've been with Beechcroft for over a year now and I have found all the staff, receptionists, dentists, dental nurses, without exception, are all wonderful, friendly people. Unlike my previous dentist, I find that the team at Beechcroft all give me the time I need. They don't treat me like I'm a timewaster, just a means to make money, or just a number. I would, without hesitation, recommend Beechcroft to anyone looking for a dentist, or is fed up with their dentist. I can now go to dentist happy and without fear "of the dentist"! Keep up the good work everyone.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! A profession bunch of people that work at Beechcroft. I wanted an appointment for the following day due to work commitments and they were able to allocate me an appointment straight away. They reassured me during my appointment about the treatment needed and I'm very happy with the diagnosis going forward. Thank-you for putting me at ease to the nurse and dentist I saw.

This was my first visit to Beechcroft Dental Surgery, having just moved into the area. Whilst several miles from where I live, this was the closest surgery that would take a new NHS patient. Having not been to the dentist for over 10 years, I was somewhat apprehensive. I needn't have been. All of the staff I dealt with at Beechcroft were kind, friendly, and supportive - from the reception staff, to the Dentist and the Dental Nurse. The surgery seems very well kitted-out, and was spotlessly clean. Whilst busy, everything seemed to be running efficiently, and I was seen bang on time. All-in-all I am was very impressed, and am pleased that Beechcroft is the dentist I have ended up being registered with. I won't be remotely apprehensive going for my next check-up, and this is largely due to the professionalism and demeanour of the Beechcroft staff. I would definitely recommend this surgery to others seeking a good Dentist.

Amazing service!! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Went here for my first time Botox and so pleased with the results! Zoe and Dr Oshiga made me feel so at ease!! I will definitely be coming back again.

Up-date 14/7/2019: I have returned to the dentist since my last post and things have changed for the better. Staff are polite and more organised. male dentist has learned some very nice chair-side manners too which is a great relief. I am now happy to recommend Beachcroft Dental practice to others. Been going to this dentist for over 30 years but since Mr Wooster retired the service both in the chair has deteriorated considerably. Examples, 1. They needed to re-book our family ( mum, dad and 2 children) appointments twice. When we turned up for our 3rd app they had forgotten about us. Luckily the lady dentist took pity and we could have a check-up- w3 normally see the make dentist. 2. The male dentist leans me back so far in the chair that water gathering in my throat, making me gag and splutter. He just says close your throat and breath though your nose like others do or I might cut you when you move- ahhhh! 3. I used to receive NHS exemption but have not for a few years. During a visit I was in with the dentist for about a minute, he gave some advice and suggestions. When I walked out the receptionist said no charge. Interesting I thought, but hey, it's their business. Six weeks later I get a fine from the NHS as I apparently walked out without paying and its my responsibility to let the surgery know I no longer receive NHS exemption. When I contacted the surgery we agreed they would look for the PR form that everyone is meant to sign after treatment ( I didn't) I would collect it the following week when I have another appointment. When I turned up the manager was rude and verbally aggressive. They have no record of my ever paying for my treatments, although I can remember, so I took the dates of my past appointments and hey-presto I have a card payment going to Beach Croft Dental practice on the day after one of my appointments. When I did get to see the dentist on that day she said, 'Ok sir, we're going to look at you ulcer today', Ulcer, I say, I don't; have an ulcer. The reception staff had booked me in under the wrong name. My wife is very happy with the service. Maybe they have a thing against males?

I recently had to contact the practice as I had a tooth ache during the current pandemic. I was astounded by the service that I received! I was able to speak to a dentist over the phone and they got me in the same day for appointment! Would highly recommend

Went to Beechcroft with raging toothache. Met at the door with sanitizer spray and temp check. Had two teeth out no pain no problem. Everything so clean and safe. All staff in PPE. I am so glad Beechcroft are my dentist. Normally scared to death of dental treatment but not at Beechcroft

Fantastic practice staff are so lovely and always have a chat with me. Only saw the hygiensit this time but very glad to know that i can call and see my dentist during this time if i have an emergency!!

I was dubious of going to this dentist because of all the negative reviews. I have to say that they have always treated me with the utmost respect and Carla the dentist has been outstanding. She is a caring and understanding dentist. Please don't believe all you read. People are quick to moan but not so quick to praise. I would give them 10/10
