Very thorough examination and friendly staff, left feeling happy and reassured.

This morning I called as soon as they opened to get an emergency appointment, I was being seen by a dentist within half an hour of my call! All the staff were friendly, I have never met this specific dentist before but she was fantastic. Friendly and really good with my children as I couldn't leave them at home. I ended up needing a filling which was done there and then, she checked multiple times that I was ok throughout the procedure which was nice. The dental nurse with her was also brilliant. Thank you all for sorting the stressful situation for me and all while be so friendly and efficient!

I have been having botox treatment with Dr Laura Gibbs for many years and can’t recommend her highly enough.
I recently visited Laura at Brundall Dental Practice and as usual was greeted in a very friendly, but calm and professional manner.
I am thrilled with the results and can definitely say Laura is highly skilled and does a fantastic job. If it’s your first time or had a bad experience previously would definitely recommend u go to Laura!

This is a review of a first visit. I have yet to undergo treatment, but an assessment was needed as I have problems following a road accident over 30 years ago. This also means I use a wheelchair and have slow comprehension from a head injury.
The staff were caring, considerate, and left me with the best understanding of my dental condition that I have had for a long time. They are sending me further details so I can make the best choice of how I wish to proceed.
Their practice was accessible, the equipment used seemed first class. I almost look forward to seeing them again (like most people I can't help feeling nervous when dental work starts).
My mental dificulties make me an awkward patient and this was handled in a very caring and considerate fashion.

M. M.The staff here are very friendly and the practice is very clean clinical. I had a big tooth removed today. The dentist and ger assistant made me feel very comfortable and completed the procedure in 10 minutes. I was then given all necessary advice by the dentist before I left.
