Absolutely fantastic service - I had been recommended Corner House by both by partner and friends and when I called they managed to fit me in almost immediately for an extraction that was causing pain. The receptionist was very polite and concerned over my condition and made things very easy to book , on arrival the service was top notch and put me at ease immediately. The actual process was delivered quickly and professionally and was back home recovering in no time and the pain was gone. Will be returning to have some other issues looked at later in the year due to the great service this time

Over the past few weeks i’ve had 3 appointments for multiple composite fillings with German and Charlotte and I have found the professionalism and service to be exceptional. I was so impressed with the care, attention to detail and informative updates that I received throughout the whole process. It is reassuring to see that German is a very passionate dentist who takes pride in offering the highest quality service (I couldn’t tell which teeth had received the fillings it was that good). I felt comfortable to ask questions and even had German call me at the end of the day after a large cavity filling to check how I was doing. Had my first dental appointment is at minimum 10 years maybe more today to have a look at a cavity. Saw Dr. Layla, I was rather nervous to say the least because I knew my teeth weren't in the best shape as I put off seeing a dentist when I was old enough to know I should, simply because I was so self conscious by that point. But Doctor Layla was so lovely and welcoming, explaining everything to me and putting me at ease throughout the whole appointment so I thank her very much. When my NHS dentist of 30 years retired a few years ago I looked at the reviews for local practices and the reviews for Corner House were so good I decided it was worth paying to go private. I've been meaning to write a review for some time now as all the staff - dentists, hygienists, nurses and receptionists - made me feel so welcome and relaxed and comfortable about the treatments I've needed. I've had several appointments with both Sean and Allison and although I'm still always nervous before an appointment I always leave thinking 'What on earth was I worried about?' Last week I needed to have a tooth extracted, which meant I was even more nervous than usual. Sean explained exactly what he was going to do and put me at ease. The whole procedure from first sitting in the dental chair to leaving the surgery was only about 30 minutes and I can honestly say that the extraction was totally painless. If you can afford private dental treatment I would thoroughly recommend Corner House.

I would highly recommend this dental practice, receptionists are really friendly and helpful, had an urgent appointment between checkups for broken tooth, organised and tooth sorted swiftly no problem at all. Dentist & dental assistant take time with you to explain and show you xrays taken. Latest checkup all good, teeth cleaned so no need to see hygienist.

I have been undergoing dental treatment at CHD for the past 3 months with dentist Layla Taidi. Being a very nervous patient I was immediately put at ease by the care and patients shown to me at this practice. All procedures are explained in detail before they are carried out. You are given options and choices and take an active part in discussions regarding the best, and most appropriate treatments on offer. I would recommend CHD to anyone looking for a safe and friendly environment that’s professional, efficient and friendly. It is not very often that you find a dentist that is prepared to go that extra mile to put you at ease.

I have been with CHD since 2017 and have always had a great experience with Sean Danino. He sorted out my wonky teeth with 6 months smiles and has been doing my 6 monthly check ups ever since. My only issue is it’s sometimes difficult to find appointment times that fit around my work schedular but they have always been as flexible and accommodating as possible.

Seriously good dental practice, and really nice people to entrust with one's jaw! I now have three implants from them, plus reconstituted front incisors, and these are all both highly functional and look appropriately OK. Francois, from SAfrica, clearly loves his job and is passionate about giving his patients the best possible experience. At 72, should have had the front stuff done decades ago, though would have been better of course if appalling dental treatment in the 60s hadn't messed up the molars in the first place!

This was my second visit to this practice and I got superb service from them. First visit was a dentist appointment and second one hygienist. Both professionals were very friendly, attentive, took time to explain me everything and gave me great advice at the end of the appointment in order to keep my teeth healthy. Inside the clinic they also take covid 19 measures and you have to wear a mask and keep social distance which is good and shows their concern about this matter as in many other places people don’t really care anymore.

I had a old filling that came out and called for an appointment. The reception staff where helpful and professional, they explained me the process of joining the clinic, told me about the cost, the £25 for booking (that can be carried on) and £60 for initial consult (with X-ray). I had my appointment with Dr German and Sophie. Told the doctor that I am nervous and terrified and he talked me through all the procedure while doing them. Had the initial consult and he told me what my problem where. Talked about the plan he has and the costs and dafter agreed he started working on my filling. He was talking with me and explaining what is happening during the process and that was calming and reassuring. I fled cared for and involved in the process, they where mindful about me being nervous and it was a calming experience. I will tell everyone how is looking for a highly professional and patient aimed practice, that this is the one.

I moved to near Norwich about 2 years ago and therefore needed to find a new Dentist. I had a particular problem for a while, but which had not been dealt with by my previous dentist in London. So I went on line checking reviews and the Corner House Dentist caught my eye. As soon as I entered I felt comfortable and was welcomed by the friendly receptionists. The first consultation took an hour and the dentist explained very clearly what needed to be done and i instantly felt he cared personally. A few days later I saw the hygienist who again explained everything very carefully and professionally and took every care to make sure I was not in pain or uncomfortable and completely put me at my ease. Corner House Dental did everything they could for me to be attended as soon as possible, as I needed help and could not wait too long for a regular appointment. The reception staff is agreeable and helpful. The dental equipment (x-rays and so on) are available for quick results. The dentist and his assistant did everything to make me feel relaxed, as I have over-sensitive teeth and issues with fear of pain, and also dealt efficiently with my problem. I was lucky enough to find the Corner House Dentist, I can recommend them as the most fantastic dentists in Norwich. Francois Smit has been looking after me for some time now and when I first went I was terrified of dentists and was immediately put at ease, no pain and amazing work was done and not frightened any more. Over 18 months I have received 1st class treatment for ageing crowns and infected root canal work. Pre-COVID the reception team knew your name and appointment details as soon as you walked in the door, great coffee available. When COVID struck obviously things changed, a lot. But the care and attention to detail was still there, greeted with a temperature scan and sanitiser the wait was always minimal to be led to the treatment room. My particular treatment involved removing the infected roots and fitting a temporary “Maryland” bridge, bone grafts to build up the bone mass, fitment of titanium implants and finally two shiny white front teeth. I cannot remember how many visits I made, maybe 6-8. But every time the greeting was warm, the treatment excellent and each stage was explained in full with 3D CT scans used to illustrate the issues and plans. The whole treatment has been expensive but worth it. I just wish I could change my NHS treatment to CHD because I would do so in a flash. Excellent.

I was impressed with the quality of the trays compared to previous ones I'd had made. I was a bit surprised that subsequently the Hygienist picked up a problem with a tooth that Andre had not seen and referred me back to Andre for a review. He then noticed the problem and recommended removal of a back tooth under a general anaesthetic. I emailed details of my BUPA number with a request to be copied into Andre's letter to BUPA. I am awaiting the letter.

You get what you pay for. Corner House isn’t cheap but the service reflects that. All the staff are cheerful, friendly, interested in you and seem to enjoy being there. The building is lovely - always fresh flowers, a coffee machine, water machine, papers, toothbrushes and paste available in the washrooms. Clearly a lot of thought is put into customers experience. My husband is about the spend a lot of money for work on his teeth (he didn’t look after them as a child) but I believe every penny will be worth it as this practice does a great job and I don’t feel it’s for the sake of making money, it’s with his best interest at heart. I have been taking my three sons for years too and despite the noise and chaos we bring to a room, I’ve never felt we’re unwelcome. Highly recommend their services.

Good dentist, friendly and helpful staff, clearly a very knowledgeable team. Did feel a little bit like I was being "sold" to though. The monthly plan wasn't quite what I was told it would be over the phone when making an initial enquiry, and even though I have to pay the first two months up front, I don't actually get the benefit of the plan for those two months so had to pay an additional amount for my check up and hygienist work (which I was lead to believe was included in my plan from the day I sign up). Overall a good experience from the actual dentistry point of view, however cost me a great deal more financially than I was lead to believe it would. The main benefit to me in going to this practice, is that my son's (age 7) dentistry is free on the NHS (for now).

Andre is a superb dentist. His surgical skills are excellent; he also wisely decided to refer on a complex root canal. Thoughtful, sensitive and utterly professional; I cannot recommend him more highly. His surgery is extremely well equipped with CT imaging. Using modern features of digital photography to fully enhance understanding of the procedure and why it is necessary together with his empathic educational approach, I felt fully engaged with the process. The initial assessment was extremely thorough and included the very important checks for oral cancer, checking relevant lymph nodes, the tongue and oral cavity carefully. He went through a fully illustrated plan of treatment with me, welcoming questions and discussion. My experience at CHD far exceeds that of other dental practices I have attended in Norwich and Harley Street. The reception staff are welcoming, courteous, friendly and very efficient; relaxing with roast coffees, tea and newspapers before/after is brilliant and highlights the thought that has gone into making the patient's experience, comfortable, relaxing and fully informed.
