I was cared for by the amazing dentist Carlos and his lovely, friendly assistant Sophie. I had Composite Bonding done on 14 teeth. The result is artfully done, very natural and blends perfectly with the rest of my teeth. Carlos exudes confidence, professionalism and calmness. He is a perfectionist and made sure I was completely happy with my smile before I left my appointment. I cannot recommend Carlos enough and he has given me back my confidence in being able to smile again, in fact I can't stop smiling!! Thank you so much. Rachel

I had such a good experience with Chris Lefkaditis and his amazing team. The whole atmosphere is just professional from the minute I walked in the door, from the reception to the surgery. As a very nervous patient Chris and his nurse Carla took the time to give me a good, pain-free experience. Chris informed me the whole time before, doing and after the treatment. I could not recommend Hellesdon Dental Practice enough! This is coming from someone that has a real fear of going to the dentist and having treatment done. I've never liked my smile and would never show my teeth when smiling in photos until now. Chris and Carla were just amazing with me from start to finish, making me feel calm and relaxed before and during treatment and always checking I was okay. The procedures I had included 2 dental implants, gum contouring and teeth whitening and I couldn't be happier with the results they have achieved with my teeth. I finally took the step to having my teeth straightened after years of hiding them, after a very unhealthy experience at a dentist as a kid, and the thought of having lots of metal in my mouth it’s a place I’ve always avoided unless absolutely necessary but I plucked up the courage and contacted Hellesdon dental practise. When my ‘dreaded’ day came around I was greeted by the friendly reception team and even the owner who went out of his way to put me at ease. I then went through and met Carlos Duarte who again, put me at real ease, gave my wonky teeth a throrough check over and chatted me through the aligner system. He was very thorough and there was absolutely no pressure put on me to go through with it. I was wary as heard these aligners are expensive but I was pleasantly surprised and the thought of actually being able to smile (with teeth!) is priceless….and no metal used!! I signed up and after 7 months, it’s changed my life! Long story short it was simple, painless, Carlos guided me the whole way, checked up on me regularly and is the most professional and friendliest Dentist you could ever meet, an all round great guy who is a credit to the profession. If anyone thinks this is all fake then feel free to contact me and I will share with them the before/after pictures! I am moving my whole families dental work to the practise, couldn’t be happier with the service so a massive thanks to the team - with an extra thanks to Carlos, the dentist who has changed my life! 👍🏻

Could not recommend Hellesdon Dental Care enough. Their service is fantastic. They saw me so quickly after I got in touch. I am a very nervous patient and both their reception staff and dentist were incredibly kind to me. My dental treatment was done by Andries and he really put me at ease. Post Lock Down visit September/October 2020 I contacted Hellesdon Dental Care on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. On entry the attention to Covid guidelines was faultless and the Reception staff were brilliant providing PPE and thorough explanation of the new procedures. My Dentist was Carlos Duarte and his lovely Dental Nurse (sorry, I didn't get her name). I can't praise their help and guidance enough. I have a very unusual palette and misaligned top teeth but Carlos was able to advise me of the best way forward and was very kind all the way through treatment. Thank you so so much, for the first time ever in my 63 years I am no longer afraid or worried to "visit the Dentist".

Outstanding dental care I first went to Chris 3 years ago as an extremely nervous patient with my teeth in an appalling state due to years of poor dental work elsewhere – I’m so very pleased my friend recommended him to me. Well being a total dental phobic this practice is amazing, such a great team of re assuring people. I had to phone the emergency out of hours this morning and was so grateful. This team are SO Covid aware and VERY organised with protective gear for themselves and their patients. The team at reception are so friendly and proffessional. Having moved to Norfolk I needed to find a new dentist. I heard the Hellesdon Dental Care advert on local radio, so took a look at their website. I was really pleased to see they offered so many treatments at the practice. There is one cutting edge treatment that is important to me called CEREC because I have a couple of CEREC crowns. Seeing that Hellesdon Dental Care offered this treatment I had no hesitation booking in for a check up. I have been going to Hellesdon Dental Care for nearly 2 years now, seeing Chris and he is the best dentist I have ever been to. He has performed 2 route canals on me as well as a couple CEREC crowns. Everything has been done to the highest of standards and I am really pleased with the results. Being somewhat of a nervous patient Chris always puts me at ease too. I would 100% recommend Hellesdon Dental Care to anyone in or around Norwich.
