E. M.I have just had two serious fillings and a deep periodontal clean over three appointments on Jim Peirson’s Independent Plan.Three plus hours in the chair. Leena Joy did the procedures for me. I cannot praise her skill and patience enough. Her empathy and attention to detail is second to non - outstanding. A wonderful dentist - thank you Leena.

J. h.Jim is a wizard! Had a tooth cracked at the gum line and rotted (with an abscess above it) came in on an emergency basis and he made sure nothing bad was left inside my abscess and extracted my hardly seeable tooth, a true professional who gets stuck straight in, no messing about in the chair and out just as quick!
Credit to all of the staff working there! Always lovely to talk to and very pleasant - never had a bad experience!

my own dentist let me down terribly, I was in left absolute agony after a failed extraction, no where could fix it or complete the extraction. Private wanted 400 pounds..
Jim got me In on an emergency basis, he was quick and got it sorted after so many other dentists failed their duty of care to the patient.
Jim was experienced and process was painless,
Staff were polite and helpful and went out of their way to get me an appointment even though I'm not even registered with them.
I cant recommend you guys enough, now im just waiting for a regular slot to open up so I can register with you as my regular dentist..

C. J.Although not the chattiest of people, Jim Peirson is a very good dentist and very thorough, I have been seeing him for quite a few years now and absolutely trust him. The staff are friendly. The only problem is the location, no parking except in the streets.
T. B.Went in for initial consultation and found out had to have a tooth out so arranged appointment. First appointment had to cancel because I didn't have balance to pay in bank account at end of month. Rearranged appointment for early December. Tooth suddenly went wobbly and hurt a lot so went in as they said I could wait if a cancelation happened, which it did within minutes of getting there. Got seen quickly, treated quickly and back home to sleep off anaesthetic.
This practice is quite possibly best practice I have been to in about 40 years. They deal with you in a friendly but efficient way, which is perfect for me personally. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr Peirson and his dental nurse Roberta because it's all about getting it done without any drama or fuss but with a friendly, very professional tone. Reception staff very responsive as well. Dental treatment can be a worry for some, so you want, especially with dental treatment, a steady hand. That's what you get here.

K.I cannot rate this place enough. Jim, the boss man himself, is neurotic and concise and a man of few words, but his work is so quick and painless. I am yet to encounter any faults with work he has done. He's even stepped in to correct work of another practice and, admittedly, a colleague's with precision and experience that I'm often out of the chair within 20 minutes. He does little to put you at ease with conversation, but that's not a problem as his assistants are fabulous! They're considerate and kind and bubbly but they don't mess around when it comes to professionalism.
The practice is organised, clean and they try to be as accommodating as possible with schedules and bookings. I've never had a mix up with records or appointments.
Truly one of the good ones in my humble opinion.
R. S.Don't understand all the negative reviews. All I can say of my experience with the dentists of Norwich is that most of them seem to just give excuses as to why they can't provide treatment within a useful timeframe or at all.
Exasperated and close to losing my teeth I went to see Jim Pierson and within a couple of days I was in for a check-up which turned into a treatment within the same day! They pulled out all the stops for me, were friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Now I can't see myself going to any other dentist.

D. W.Seen a few bad reviews but I recently went (and need to go back for treatment), and I thought all the staff were really nice. Reception was efficient, dental nurse was very friendly and Jim was excellent as he always is. It's never nice having to go to the dentist, but this is an excellent one IMO.
M. V.Jim knew I'm afraid of the dentist and that I can't stand them but he still took me on for the braces that I got off yesterday, these past two years Jim has been wonderful with me and helped me overcome that fear. Reception are also very lovely. Would recommend to anyone wanting a dentist.
