If you are considering implants, this is definitely the place to go! James Walker and his team were brilliant from start to finish! I was apprehensive to say the least when having my implant done earlier this year but I really didn’t need to be. The worst part was the injections when the implant was put in and even that wasn’t bad as James used gel to numb the area first. He was very gentle and explained everything as he did it. I am thrilled with my implant! The colour match is amazing and you can’t even tell which tooth it is because it looks so good! Would highly recommend!

I cannot fault the service & care provided by Sam, James and the team. Being a slightly nervous patient I was made to feel like I was in good hands from the initial phone call until the day my treatment finished. Throughout all the treatment stages I was kept well informed. The treatment itself wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, slight discomfort at worst. I now have a shiny new implant and I can grin again! I would highly recommend to anyone, especially slightly nervous patients! Thank you all for your expertise & kindness.

Fantastic care... once I actually got an appointment! I had a procedure booked that was cancelled twice - but I am sure this is no ones fault, and they are very stretched for staff. My own dentist, and the one who did procedure, were lovely, as were all the staff involved - I am really nervous and they were VERY patient and kind . And, they offer NHS care, which is hard to find these days - recommended!

Fantastic department, specifically Mr. Khan who had put in my Maryland bridge. Every procedure with him is quick, very effective, and the Maryland looks perfect. Mr. Khan and his assistant always makes sure I am comfortable every single appointment, they are fantastic dentists. Big thank you to them and the team for looking after my teeth so well, I'm overjoyed with my experience - I definitely reccomend !

The dentists at this practice provide a very good standard of care and I can't fault them, but good luck trying to get a receptionist to answer the phone! I've typically had to wait in the call system for 30 minutes or more before getting through to anyone, despite there being three receptionists on duty at the desk. Significant improvements are needed in this area, as it is very frustrating for patients trying to access the dental services.

Amazing dentist, always feel so welcome and comfortable. Bala my Hygienist is always friendly and kind with my treatment and has helped me hugely with my dental care. Busola has also been amazing with my Invisalign treatment could not be happier with the outcome and will feel confident on my wedding day! I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist! Would highly recommend Bala and this dentist!

I have visited on a couple of occasions now due to needing sedation for dental work. I have quite extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist and I have to say these guys are immense. They always make me feel relaxed on arrival and nothing is too much trouble. They are super patient with me and my anxiety and everything is done at my pace. I cannot thank them enough, especially the sedation team and a young lady called Emily, who is always on hand to hold my hands and reassure me all is well. They are a super bunch. My dental anxiety will never leave me but being able to come here makes me feel a little more confident that anything can be sorted.

Went in today to have two teeth removed. I can’t remember the two peoples name that did it, but one lady held my hand as I was a bit scared and was so calming. Made all the difference. The dentist was so good and made sure I felt no pain. Made a not pleasant thing to have done more pleasant. I wish I could of hugged them both.

I’m very nervous when it comes to the dentist, I needed an extraction under sedation and I can say the sedation / extraction team were absolutely amazing they are very calm a patient, and done a great job! If you are anxious or worried believe me you need not be! I was straight on my feet and talking fine. Awesome team!

I have been a patient at this practice for many years now. I have always managed to get an appointment at times that suit me. I am always welcomed by a friendly team of receptionists. The dentists are all very professional (I have seen a few different ones over the years) and are assisted by a great bunch of nurses who make it seem like nothing is too much trouble! Overall a great practice, especially for those who are not a fan of the dentist! Just seen as well that they offer dental implants meaning you no longer have to be referred elsewhere for this treatment.

Apart from them being professional and all that, I am confident to say that they know how to fix teeth compared to other dentists and they get the job more than done and for reasonable prices too that assure quality products are being used on your teeth (fillings etc) . I was referred here by my usual dentist for an extraction under sedation and I have to say that the entire process was probably the most positive experience I've ever had at a dentists! All the staff did their utmost to put me at ease and I had a lovely nurse talking to me and holding my hand while the cannula was inserted. After that I really don't remember anything of the actual procedure - which is a good thing! I do remember that every single member of staff - receptionists, nurses, the dentist and the sedationist - was absolutely lovely and I felt very well cared for before, during and after treatment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anxious patients!

Had a scale and polish booked in with fabio. He was absolutely fantastic and talked me through all of it and made sure I understood it all. Helped me find the toothpaste and mouthwash that was best for me and answered every question I had. Even found the products online so I could take photos to find what I needed. I saw Dr Issar Hussain today. I didn't go at toothhurty, which was annoying because I'm sure he would have liked hearing that joke for the first time. I was in there, laid back, mouth open and he was poking me on the inside of my mouth with his little metal utensil. He did it so hard it started bleeding. I said to him "Are you even a dentist mate?", he gave a cheeky laugh, and said "You've got some bloody cheek". All jokes aside, he was brilliant. His dental nurse and the reception were great too(th), I'd recommend these guys!

I had 3 teeth out today under sedation with the dental surgeon, all of the nursing staff plus the surgeon were so kind and really went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. All of the team very professional. Having teeth out isn't a very nice experience but they made me feel totally at ease and really looked after me.

Absolutely wonderful team of people, the reception team managed to get me an appointment the same day with severe toothache and being very nervous the dentist I saw was very calm and made me feel very welcome and I was soon on the mend and have now been back several times for treatments. Took my son to visit the dentist, all went smoothly. Booked the whole family in for October, so fingers crossed. You need to use the dentist every 6 months to keep on the books, but that is sensible anyway, better to keep on top of these things. For new NHS patients they are booking January so there is quite a long wait.

The dentists here are pretty good, but let down by reception & how the practice is run. The receptionists are heavy handed in getting you to fill in forms & asking if you qualify for free treatment. Seems designed to embarrass you. Why are the dentists not informing you of the lengthy delays in referral to the Hospital, for extraction? I was under the impression It would be fast, due to pain Not good enough.

Well, there's nothing much to say about a dentist. Nobody likes going there as it generally involves a lot of waiting and a lot of pain. Would I recommend it? No! However, If you're in agony and you really need to get your teeth sorted, then....Brilliant! Great staff, very sympathetic and if you're a scaredy-cat like me.....They'll hold your hand. Wouldn't go anywhere else.....Except perhaps the pub.

Had a wisdom tooth out today, not had a tooth out for 34 years so was really worried about it. The nurse was nothing but professional, caring, kind, funny and brilliant!! From the moment i told her i was worried she went above and beyond to make me feel better. It worked too!!! The surgon who did it was also AMAZING. I left the building thinking what ever was i worried about!! Who knew i would review a dentist as outstanding, brillant, amazing and would happily recommend them to anyone..but here it is!!

What a fantastic dentist from start to finish.. I am petrified and let my teeth go... I'm 2 weeks I have registered been seen a treatment plan in place and today was sedated to have 4 teeth out... Issar and Stacey are a great team and put me at ease from start to finish along with the rest of the dental team and receptionists (Sam very bubbly helpful) still have more work to be done but hopefully now I not be so anxious...
