Highly recommend The dentist and assistant we saw plus all receptionist staff were very friendly,calming and did a fabulous job. I liked how you were made to be feel at ease and how every step or process were explained and discussed with you throughout . I had to take my 1year old son in his pushchair to one of my appointments and the reception staff all offered to keep an eye on him while I went in.Thank you guys .

Amazing!!! Roberta is just the best dentist ever, she gave me my smile and confidence back. I’m generally very nervous at the dentist but with Roberta it’s like the most relaxing time.She is a very compassionate, scrupulous person, always caring and offering the best treatment for the patient. She is very passionate about her job and she is always very positive and cheerful. Staff at the surgery are very helpful and polite, patient and provide excellent service.

I welcome the opportunity to write a review about Roberta and Becky at Pearl Dental Surgery. They are brilliant. I had previously had a crown fitted at another practice - this was a complete disaster. The drilling away of my tooth was extremely painful and the new crown was forced into place causing it to crack, and was much too large. I suffered during both procedures and after. Fortunately, my wife had seen Roberta and recommended her to me. Roberta (excellently assisted by Becky) completely rectified this disaster, removing the terrible crown and building up my tooth, sorting out problems either side. The result is amazing. It is not possible to tell the difference between the rebuilt tooth and the rest. I was completely blown away by the incredible skill that Roberta has. I was treated with great kindness and care. I cannot think of anything to criticise, only heaps of praise. Thank you for all you have done, and for sorting out all of my dental problems so brilliantly.

Thank you to everyone at Pearl who dealt with me and my children for our check-up. We saw a different dentist on this visit and my daughter who is autistic was quite apprehensive and nervous at first, but DrNaj and Myles were great with both kids and made the whole experience great for them. Ahhh! Where do I start with Dr Reddy & Eni?! I had a really traumatic experience at a previous dentist which left me feeling so anxious & nervous to the extent I avoided the dentist all together for such a long time. One day I plucked up the courage & decided to register at Pearl Dental Surgery & it was the BEST decision I had ever made. Dr Reddy & Eni knew from the very start how nervous I was, & they forever reassured me, talked me through my treatment plan, would give me paperwork to read in my own time on the upcoming procedures, & kept me up to date at all times throughout the journey. From fillings, to root canals, to teeth whitening, to veneers, to crowns & so much more, they remained so patient, professional & understanding with me. In 12 months Dr Reddy & Eni have given me a COMPLETE new smile makeover & I couldn't be happier. (I am so thankful Boris has now lifted the Covid-19 restrictions because I used to hide behind the masks because I was so self-conscious about my smile whereas now I can FINALLY laugh & smile without feeling ashamed or embarrassed.) Dr Reddy & Eni know I still get nervous, absolutely by no means anything to do with the beautiful staff at Pearl, but purely based on my previous experience elsewhere affecting me so much. & every single time I step foot in the surgery, every single member of staff settles my mind. It literally feels like you're talking to & seeing your friends again. I am so so thankful for Dr Reddy & Eni (I know I always tell them but I truly do mean it), & of course ALL of the staff I've came across at Pearl. This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth. I had been to this surgery for a tooth filling and extraction. The staff were very courteous and professional, registration was very quick and I was seen by the dentist at the appointed time. The consultation room was clean and well lit, and Covid safe measures were in place. I felt the consultation was thorough. My dentist Dr Patnam is very caring, empathetic, informative and highly professional. I was extremely nervous before I went there, but I was looked after very well. I cannot praise this surgery highly enough. I am very grateful for the kindness and care that I was given and I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice for a first class service.

I have today completed my treatment with Ven at Pearl Dental Surgery to have 3 implants in my top set of teeth. This treatment was necessary as a result of the hit and miss treatment I had received from my previous dentists. Once registered Ben talked me through the process to undertake the treatment and provided me with a typed copy to take home to read at my leisure. The first stage was a comprehensive change to my dental hygiene practice which was overseen by Phillipa the hygienist. Once my oral hygiene was back on track the implants process started. Ven detailed what was involved and the timings and costs involved. Throughout the process I was constantly reassured by Ven and his team, which I welcomed as I'm not someone who relishes trips to the dentists. Today the treatment reached its conclusion and to say I'm pleased is an understatement. Now the Prime Minister has said we can remove our masks I can now flash off my new smile.😁😁 Many thanks to all at Pearl - see you soon for my first checkup.

After many years with the same dentist (who suddenly retired), I joined Pearl Dentist Surgery. Quite anxious to start with but soon became reassured and comfortable with the team at Pearl. Unfortunately I damaged a tooth that had been worked on some years ago and looked beyond repair. This lead me to consider an implant but I was very nervous about the whole process. Ven was extremely helpful and kind in putting my anxiety at ease. I went ahead with the preparations for an implant - not a straight forward procedure in my case. The work went on in stages over several months however, I must say having now got my new implant, I am very pleased with the outcome. My sincere thanks to Ven, Armita and all the team.

I have been with this practice for nearly 40 years and was so relieved to find that Ven was as sympathetic to my neurotic attitude to dentists as my previous dentist was! Ven and Armita and the rest of the team have made my journey over the last 2 years to a full set of implants easy! I have just had the most amazing service from Pearl Dental Surgery. Dr Reddy and her nurse Eni have been looking after me. Im new to the Surgery. Dr Reddy replaced 4 composite veneers with porcelain ones. It was a big job, and certainly bigger than I anticipated. I was pretty worried and had a couple of problems with the temporary veneers, none of which was anybodies fault. They were so kind and Vicki and her team immediately got me in to be sorted out. They went above and beyond in response to my worry, bringing forward my appointment to fit the new veneers by 10 days, moving things around to make time for me. I was nervous in the chair and Dr Reddy and Eni were absolutely great, containing my fear and remaining calm when i wasnt! The end result was four amazing teeth and they feel and look great. Dr Reddy's precision and care is evident. Im a doctor. Ive had patients like I have been this week- we are not easy to manage! If you are a nervous dentist goer and/or you are hoping for some flipping perfect teeth then I would absolutely recommend Pearl Dental Surgery. Im not sure I can ever say thank you enough for how great they have been the last week!

Massive thanks to Dr Reddy and Eni/Eli (sorry i have forgotten!, dental nurse working with Dr Reddy) for being so calm and attentive when i visited them for the first time with horrible tooth ache. It ended with a tooth extraction; I had never had anything done to my teeth aside a scale and polish, so was very nervous before hand. Both of them, were so kind and gentle during the appointment; I can't thank you enough. Everything was done smoothly and as quickly as it could, with no fuss, just reassurance. I am pleased to be a new patient of this practice and my daughter will be visiting soon also (7yr) so I am confident she will be well looked after also. 5stars :)

I recently joined Pearl Dental Surgery following a recommendation from a friend. I had to have a tooth extracted. Dr Reddy and the Dental Nurse were so kind and patient. I have been going to this dental practice for over 40 years and when my previous dentist Simon retired and Ven took over I admit I did feel a bit unsettled. However, due to fact that I had a gum infection where I had previously had a crown fitted many years ago, Ven told me he would have to extract the root. I was extremely nervous and was very anxious beforehand, but Ven and the team (right from the receptionists and dental nurse) were so kind and caring and calming that the whole procedure was quick, straight forward and practically painless. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice.

Dr Swapna Reddy is the most kind, understanding and professional dentist I have met. I am an extremely nervous patient and the allowances she and Eni, dental nurse, made to help me were more than anyone could expect. Whilst I cannot say I will look forward to my next visit, I will be far less nervous knowing that not only do they say they will help, they actually mean it. I am so grateful to them, it is hard to put into words. For anyone who is struggling to find the courage to visit a dentist, please ask for an appointment with Dr Reddy, it really will be the best decision you could make.

Well, I have the smile I thought would never be possible thanks to these wonderful” people…ok I had a horrid accident whic( meant my irregular and discoloured teeth were damaged. Having stayed clear of the practice since my previous lovely dentist retired, compounded bycovid I just waited until confidence returned. I am just so pleased I rang and booked for check up which followed swiftly by a hygienist appointment then a rebuilding of the damaged teeth. Within less than an hour I now have an amazing smile that I have never enjoyed..every accident has an amazing lining..I tell you ..,do not hesitate to see these ver6 talented and lovely people. The treatment, for the results was so so reasonable..take my advice and give them a go…I will never regret or look book…smiley mark

Recently attended Pearl Dental surgery for my routine check up, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. As a nervous patient I was very anxious but whilst I was having my examination the dentist and his assistant was very calm, friendly and made me feel at ease. I called yesterday at 9am and got a appointment at 15.40 pm Staff are fantastic and the lady dentist I saw sorted me out and spoke to me and kept me calm and told they will go at my speed . At the age of 68 on the advice from my then dentist Vivienne Edwards I had orthodontic work done on my teeth. I am so pleased with the result and Ven has done some excellent work in tidying up my teeth afterwards for me. He has helped me whiten my teeth, has done a veneer to one tooth, fillings to the top near the gum of 3 other teeth plus another filling.
