I have never given much thought to my dentist visits but after losing my local one due to them going private, i struggled to find any others that could take NHS at the time so i tried the other-side of Nottingham. My first visit for myself and 2 kids to get checked after covid was simple. They were super friendly, quick and efficient and i even booked my next appointment in advance because i was comfortable going back. 2 months on i managed to get a same day appt due to a gum infection around my wisdom tooth. The receptionist was friendly and the dentist and his assistant had a fantastic sense of humour which put me at ease. Again i was in and out quickly and efficiently. I had planned on eventually looking for a more local one when i could but decided i would rather travel across town and stay with Broxtowe. Thank you team.

My first time visiting this dental practice today and I cannot fault the service I received. All staff are very polite. The dentist and dental nurse was exceptional and answered all my questions in depth and made my visit comfortable. I have already booked in for my next visit. Thank you all!

One of the staff there went out her way to listen to me and advise me on alternative places to try for my toothache, spent more time listening to me and helping me. Far better service than 111 who made me wait over 8 hours for them then to send me to the a place that didn’t/couldn’t deal with dentistry. So thank you Broxtowe for providing me with more information than 111 could.

I can not thank the dentist there enough, I booked an appointment but unfortunately an abcess made its appearance before my appointment, they got me in the next day to check it and helped me with my fear, put me at ease, explained what she was doing. My partner has been so scared of going to the dentist and finally plucked up the courage to go.. when we rang reception to book in him they suggested he see the lady dentist downstairs.
