Excellent service, rang at 9am was given an appointment the same day, I really do not know why others have put such negative reviews, I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment but maybe that’s because I look after my teeth and attend regularly!!!!! Staff were polite and helpful and the dentist Dr Burton is brilliant, takes the time To explain everything. It’s a 5* from me 🤙🏾

Excellent service on every visit, I'm not sure why people are leaving such bad reviews for this dentist as they are always so helpful. With how bad it is to get into a dentist at the minute I'm so grateful I can still be an nhs patient. I've seen Dr Luis for many years and he is one of the best dentist I've ever had.

Been at the practice for several years and never had any issues. The reception staff are friendly along with the dentist and nurse's. Always helpful to get you in when there is an emergency. Highly recommended this practice.

I was very pleased with the dental treatment that I had at Bupa. The staff were accomodating and professional. The operating procedures are well though-out from the greeting to the farewell. COVID measures were in place and they did not decrease the quality of service at all. Thank You, Bupa Rise Park!

Fine service. Been going for over 10 years now. Never had an appointment cancelled. Always friendly service. A couple of times I've needed urgent treatment, called in and only had to wait 5-10 mins.

I think that it's unfair that people leave bad reviews based on one bad experience. This is one of the best dental practices I've ever been to. Friendly and skilled staffs. Shame that it's too busy.. maybe an extension would be beneficial to everyone in the rise park area.
