I have just got my new dentures and they are AMAZING. I feel so much more confident and I can't stop smiling. They have transformed my life. Michelle has done a fantastic job making my dentures and Nic the receptionist is so professional, helpful and very kind. I cannot praise Michelle and Nic high enough. I would definitely recommend Michelle if you want great fitting, natural looking, value for money dentures.

Having been told by my dentist that lower dentures are hard to manage for everyone, I put off doing anything about my smile for quite some time. Once it became apparent that the time had come to do something and having had marvellous service and aftercare from them before, Michelle and her team were my first choice for help. The team have definitely lived up to expectations, producing a comfortable, natural looking and manageable lower denture which is much better than I was led to believe was achievable. After struggling with 2 sets of extremely badly made dentures from my local NHS dentist and following many complaints to them, I was recommended to see Michelle Drury at Dentures Direct. I did this and she made me a new set of dentures. Wow am I glad I did this. Her attention to detail was amazing and I am absolutely delighted with the finished dentures. I would like to share how pleased I am with the care I received from Michelle and her team ,Michelle is professional, non - judgmental , caring and polite visiting her is a comfortable experience like having a cup of tea with a friend I will always be indebted to Michelle for spotting some white spots and marks on my tongue back in August 2015 these were confirmed as pre -cancer cells. December 2019 a lump appeared on my tongue this was cancer a Carcinoma I had major surgery in March 2020 resulting in half my tongue being removed and reconstruction . Well what can I say that hasnt already been said!!!. Michelle Ian and Paige are top denture people. If you really want a decent set of teeth look no further. Have just recently had a new bottom set and they've passed all sorts of food tests like steak,apples and other normally hard things to eat with dentures. I have worn dentures for many years, all my previous ones being provided through the NHS. I decided that this time I would get my dentures privately. Even though I knew full well that it would cost more, I don’t regret it at all. From my first appointment, it has been a totally comfortable experience at Dentures Direct, dealing with Michelle and her staff. It is a completely different ambience compared to a typical NHS dental practice. Clearly plenty of time is given for each patient appointment, and consequently you aren’t one of many in a crowded waiting room. Michelle makes you feel that it is all about you, and never appears to be in any sort of hurry. Regarding the dentures, there were some initial tweeks required, but I am now completely happy with them, and it is true to say that they have exceeded my expectations. Michelle will do whatever is necessary to ensure that you are satisfied.

After an initial repair to my existing upper partial denture, I sought a consultation regarding a replacement during which all the options were carefully and thoroughly explained. I decided to go ahead but before any work was undertaken, an appointment with a local dental practice was arranged to ensure no normal dental procedures were required. I then had a series of three appointments culminating in the final fitting which has resulted in a highly satisfactory new denture. A 4th visit a few days later to confirm there were no issues concluded the process. Great care was taken throughout to ensure I fully understood and was comfortable with each stage. What a find-kind and professional approach to what can be an embarrassing situation. Was given helpful advice regarding suitable dentures and once I had made my decision a series of fittings ensured I had the most suitable teeth. Initially went through a few days of a sore mouth as they 'settled in' but it was worth persevering as they look and feel good. I damaged a tooth within a few days and it was replaced immediately.
