Got my daughter braces fitted here. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. Two years on , she just had the braces taken off n now has straight nice teeth. Thank you so much.

Dental service good at referral and for the first year. As sons treatment came to the end found getting an appointment difficult and sometimes reception staff a little abrupt. Son would have had his brace on 4 months longer than needed if didn’t request to speak with Othodontist. Last 3 appointments with Othodontist were lovely and he finally he had his brace off and all is great.

Both receptionist and orthodontists are welcoming and can make anyone feel at ease. They are kind and helpful and the price is about normal for around this area in terms of retainers (my experience with them). When first collecting my new retainer j found it too tight but the orthodontist told me this would loosen. After around 8 months it still had not loosened and eventually snapped when I tried taking it out. I messaged the team on Facebook and they were more than happy to give me a replacement free of charge. I can’t thank them enough!

Had a great experience of this orthodontics & rate it 5*. All staff are lovely & Robbie Wood is amazing & answered all queries I had. My daughters braces were fit and she hasnt had any issues. However, a little more aftercare advice would have been helpful and maybe a a starter pack to include wax would have been appreciated.

The orthodontist was fantastic with my daughter who was very anxious. Very gentle and such a kind nature. Explained everything carefully and made sure she was happy. We were told to phone up with any concerns / questions. I was however disappointed when we did telephone the next day as my daughter was suffering with part of the brace digging into her gum. The first ‘emergency’ appointment to look at this was going to be over 2 weeks away! We weren’t given any advice as to whether this discomfort is normal…. So the first reaction to the aftercare is disappointing, and I am at the moment hoping the gum settles down as it seems you cannot get an emergency appointment here.

The staff here are just lovely. My son Sam is autistic and they made him feel at ease from the very first visit. Sam would often get upset when visiting and the staff always made him feel reassured. After a brace and retainer he now has lovely straight teeth. Lovely people, lovely staff, especially Lisa.

Staff professional throughout. Took time to explain process of braces being fitted and advice on care of teeth at our first visit and answered all our questions. Orthodontists put my son at ease and give thorough updates on his progress at each visit . They have been excellent at keeping in touch during the current pandemic , providing ongoing virtual consultation. I would highly recommend this practice, 5 star all the way!

There was a period when communication with private patients was not ideal in the post-Covid period. I am glad that the surgery made efforts to correct this.
