We would like to thank the dentist for excellent care! Dr Gonzales is very professional and friendly. My children are not afraid of dentists anymore! The whole team at the practice are very nice and helpful.

Meaning to write a review for a long to by far the best dentist iv attended fast appointments. Very caring and polite friendly staff. Very understanding send professional. Treat NHS patients no differently to other clients. Iv found out recently how poor the state of British NHS dentists are and this dentist is an example to any other practice around as to how to operate. I also suffer with extreme anxiety and phobia of the dentists which they have been excellent at dealing with couldn't recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a new dentist.

Really helpful and knowledgable. Had a broken tooth sorted and some earlier bad dentistry work (done at a different surgery) rectified. So happy with how they turned out. After not liking my teeth for the last 10 years really happy with them. Amreen is amazing and kept in contact constantly with helpful advice wherever I needed it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I had an appointment with the Hygienist at Plains Dental Surgery and she, her Dental Nurse Assistances and the Receptionist were all extremely pleasant and thorough. It must have been like chipping into rock for her to remove my dental calculus, but we got to the summit. Thanks. 🙂

I've been a patient here for a long time and have always thought it good. I'm very nervous of dentists and hadn't been for a very long while until just recently. I needed a filling today. I saw Amreen, who was fantastic. I told her I was feeling nervous and she really looked after me. Filling done. No pain and she looked after me and my nervousness every step of the way. I have always thought I would recommend this practice but I would even more so after today.

I registered as a new patient during lockdown last Summer and have visited the practice twice for treatment this week. Every member of staff I have encountered has been lovely; extremely kind, professional and understanding both in person and on the phone. Covid measures made me feel safe with a simple and straightforward system. The dentist, Ana and the hygienist, Johnson were both wonderful. Thank you all.

This was the first time I attended this surgery as I recently moved into the area. I was greeted at the door by the dental nurse who took me into the surgery and prepared me for my inspection the dentist did the inspection plus 2 x-rays, and booked me in for my next 6 months appointment, excellent service. 5 stars.

I visited with my mum today and although the dentist was running behind the receptionist did everything possible to keep us entertained. My mum is a very nervous patient and the receptionist kept her mind off it by telling us how petrified she also was of the dentist! I am writing on behalf of a family member who has been with the practice for a number of years. She is under Paul Fletcher and recently attended an appointment for a broken crown to be told by the member of staff working with him she had wasted an appointment and the nurse was extremely rude to her and made feel like she had done something wrong. Nurses in the past have been very pleasant and helpful. our family aren't normally ones to complain however when a relative is that distressed something needs to be said. I hope on her next visit she doesn't have to see this particular nurse.

I have seen Amreen a few times now. She knows I am anxious about going to the dentist, but she always makes me feel at ease. Just been today to have a veneer fitted, which i am really pleased with. She is the best dentist I've ever had.

This is an excellent dental practice. I was seen quickly, my treatment was explained to me along with any options available to me. A filling between my two front teeth had come out, so it was decided to refill it. I was offered a pain killing injection, but decided to go without it. I had the option to stop the drill if it started to hurt, and then continue again after having an injection. However, In the event, there was no pain, and the treatment was brought to a satisfactory close. My tooth was filled, and it was all finished.

Hi, had my dental appointment on friday 28th June 2019 @ 10:45 @ mydentist, Plains... My dentist is Miss Parsons. She is excellent. Very sensitive & gentle with any numbing injections should I need one for any fillings. First of all my area is numbed with a special solution on saturated cotton wool. Then when I have my injection done its gentle & I do not feel a thing. Great - I used to be petrified by the needle!! No longer now. This time had my crown flitted & out within 12min. Excellent. Efficient and sorted. Thank you Miss Parsons.

Had a tooth removed 😥 and a filling today. Not great but made better but a great dentist- Kev, assisted by Robin! Even had a giggle mid removal! Would indefinite recommend..the dental surgery ( not tooth extraction 😂)
