The best Dental care and treatment I have received my whole Adult life. My Dentist Valeria and my hygienist Ariana are so compassionate, kind, and respectful. They always give me the best advice, they are honest and I can feel the effort they both make in helping myself, and my whole family have great oral health. I particularly stopped seeing a hygienist after a bad experience and was anxious going to see Ariana after Valeria kindly recommended her. Ariana, was honest, guided me and reassured me it was not over even though my gum was really bad. With her support, I now walk proudly knowing my oral health is on the right track. Excellent service. A very well fitted dentist, clean with the latest equipment. The staff were polite and welcoming and the Dentist and dental nurses created a very relaxing and reassuring atmosphere. The dental work I received was the most gentle and effective I'd experienced and I am very pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I've just got back from an a hygienist appointment with Wannitta. She did an excellent job, the difference is impressive. No real pain either beyond the mild discomfort that is a given at the dentist. She also gave excellent advice relevant to the areas I needed to keep and eye and furthermore was professional and amiable throughout =D

She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with advances in dental hygiene too. Excellent service!! Amazing staff !! I had no help from 111 what so ever was left with agonising tooth pain for over 3 weeks , I found Bupa Dental cares number by chance on Google and they couldn't have been more accommodating! They rang me back within half hour, booked me an emergency appointment for the next morning, they removed my tooth no messing around!! The Dentist was kind , caring straight to the point !! The receptionist was so so helpfull, listened and really helped me I'm gratefull to all your team for such amazing experience in such painfull matter!!! Keep up the good work !

Good practice which I have attended for 24 years, it has been in BUPA's management for the past 5 years. In BUPA's time the practice has become more "standardised". The reception staff are as obliging as they are permitted to be. The dental capability is as high as ever it has been.

Wannitta is my dental hygienist and she is brilliant. Like most people, I am very nervous about visiting the dentist but she puts me at ease straight away. You are never made to feel like “just another patient,” to be treated and got out of the surgery as quickly as possible! Wannitta explains everything she does and gives very clear guidance on how to really care for your teeth. She and my dentist (I’m afraid I don’t know his name as I’m a relatively new patient) discuss treatment and advise the best course of action. It is an excellent dental practice and I would recommend it wholeheartedly. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two beyond my appointment time.

I saw the dentists and the hygienist this week and both were very good. The dentist was lovely, good if you're nervous! And the hygienist (Wannitta) was very friendly and efficient. She also gave me some great advice for cleaning my teeth! I recommend this dentist.

Today I saw the hygienist. Due to Covid it was the first time I've seen one in years! My teeth were a disgusting mess! The hygrometer was a lovely lady. Very approachable and friendly and didn't cause me to feel guilty or ashamed of my horrible teeth. But most importantly she did a fabulous tooth clean for me and offered great brushing advice. Today I walked in as a person who was embarrassed of their smile and walked out with a super clean mouth and teeth that looked normal! No longer ashamed to open my mouth infront off anyone. Taking my 7 year old daughter to this dental practice for the first time. We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived and seen on time. The dentist and nurse made my daughter feel at ease and relaxed. From initially my daughter feeling anxious she left happy, saying the dentist was very kind. 🙂

Five years ago I had an aching thoot and the dentist performed absolutely perfect. The only think is that he was replacing someone else. Such a shame, the person that came back from maternal leave didn't even care about my teeth, and her assistant was hitting on me. I hope next time I will go I won't get a careless person. I’ll chose a different dentist this time.I hope I will get whatever I need.I promise I will come back with reviews.

My first dental appointments in many years and I have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Dentist Mo was very efficient and caring and everything was explained well. Natalie, hygienist, had a harder time with me as she had to deal with years of neglect but she was VERY good with excellent advice and samples to improve my brushing. Andra, Fanny and Jo were welcoming and efficient at reception and it was lovely to see Thom, practice manager, out on reception with the team! All in all I would highly recommend this practice particularly if you’re in any way apprehensive as they will look after you!

I eventually decided to see a hygienist for a polish and clean because my teeth were stained and scummy. A really nice Scottish girl took the time to give my teeth a really deep "sandblasting". My teeth are now gleaming and a couple people have asked if I have had them whitened. Great value for 60 quid as the clean lasted the best part of an hour you only need to get it done twice a year if done well.

I have visited the oasis dental practice twice now, and both times i have received first class service. Azam and his team have managed to fit my appointments in with little notice and i never feel rushed during my appointment. The dental treatment received is the best of my life, and i appreciate Azam taking the time to offer advice on dental care - something he is obviously passionate about. All the equipment used seems excellent, and the team at Oasis are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area; i travel an hour for this surgery because of such a good service offered.

I've been going here for a few years and have always had good service. The turnover of NHS dentists seems quite high so I haven't seen the same dentist twice since my dentist went private a few years ago but the dentists I've seen have always been professional and helpful. I was a little nervous about it changing to a BUPA clinic but not much seems to have changed and I'm still happy going there.
