Once again the same dentist examined my kids. It was so nice to see she could easily communicate to them how to maintain a good mouth hygiene. It's good for the kids to get that from a professional. Parents also can refer to their comments whenever needed ;-)

I went to the Manor Dental Clinic for an emergency (wisdom tooth) and they gave me an appointment on the same day. Dr. Maria saw me and explained me what I had to do just after seeing her and that's what I did. Couple of days after I was totally okay. I have been a patient at Manor Dental Clinic for a few years. It was not very good at first, due to frequent turnovers of staff. However, things have improved dramatically in the past couple of years and I am now well satisfied with the service and treatment. Sandy is a very 'patient-centred' receptionist - always polite, helpful and friendly. Dr. Seema Maniar is extremely professional, explaining one's problem - and the available options - fully and clearly. I have confidence in her advice and have been very happy with the treatment she has provided. I would now feel comfortable recommending this practice to others.

Had my usual 3 monthly hygienist appointment with Renata. As ever an almost enjoyable experience. Her approach is always firm but gentle and extremely thorough. She is also a very nice lady who has always gone beyond her remit in helpfulness. The practice has recently been taken over, and thank goodness the reception staff have changed. The phone is now answered promptly, politely and with cheerfulness. Sandie is particularly friendly and helpful. Delighted to still be a patient after nearly 15 years.

Hello, Me and my partner have been going to your practice for about 3 years now since moving to Oxford, and generally we believe it is very nice. However, you have had a problem within your reception for this entire time, with a really rude and dismissive receptionist. I've actually recommended your practice to several colleagues and after either one or a few visits they never went back due to either a personal incident with this reception staff or witnessing this happening to another patient. It's embarrassing on my part, but we ve kept going to your practice despite it becoming increasingly out of the way over time because we think your dentists (and the very infrequent other receptionists I encounter) are particularly fair and pleasant. Also, as I'm sure you absolutely must be aware of, nobody has been able to call your practice Directly for months now but are instead corralled through some pointless answering machine that takes forever. I imagine it's perfectly clear where the improvements lie for your business based on other people's feedback; fixing/explaining why your phone system is broken and training/disciplining your head receptionist appropriately. Either way, it will continue to damage the reputation of your otherwise very sympathetic dental staff while you let this head receptionist continue so brazenly. I was recommended by a friend to use Manor Dentist and managed to secure a swift appointment for a dental hygiene appointment with the reception staff. When I attended, I found the staff were very polite and the appointment was on time. I had a dental hygiene check with Anna who despite my fear of injections put me at ease and made what I consider a dreaded experience a bearable one as she talked me through the treatment. She explained mistakes I was making with brushing and flossing and was very informative of ways I could improve my dental care. The whole process was pleasant and didn’t feel rushed. It has since changed my perception of maintaining regular check ups and the practise ensures a timely reminder is given for the next advisable appointment. I hugely recommend the practise and Anna for their excellent professionalism and customer service.

Called to make an appointment and was booked in for a slot quickly. Clinic looks modern, new and well maintained, with many information on the wall. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. The dentist explained all the steps she was doing and answered my questions patiently. She took an x-ray as well to make sure there wasn't any damage inside the gums. My teeth were in a good condition (which I was really pleased with). Front desk staff are quick to register you in. Overall, I am happy I chose this place as my go-to dental service. Excellent dental care with a great follow up service offering all the latest advice to keep your teeth in great shape. Nice spacious waiting area with sofas and natural light from a large bay window. Very clean all round with spotless toilet facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. How could I not give them five stars?

I had previously been with another local dentist since I was a child but found the reception staff extremely unfriendly and rude. Seeing as I have a fear of going to the dentist this did not help. I was recommended manor dental so I booked an appointment and as soon as I walked in the reception staff were smiling, welcoming and very friendly. They immediately put me at ease. I had a check up with a lovely dentist who talked me through everything she was doing, and put my nerves at ease. I’ve been since to see the hygienist who was lovely and again very informative. I’ve also just recently had another check up with a different dentist, Seema, who was so friendly and calming, and the reception staff have been really helpful with my hc3 certificate and explaining how it works with dental treatment. I don’t feel as nervous as I used to and it has completely changed my experience of visiting the dentist. I’d highly recommend manor dental to anyone.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and now my children do too. My 5year old unfortunately developed an abscess because a baby tooth died. Everyone was very helpful and supportive, and eventually the tooth came out and the abscess went with little intervention or the need for antibiotics! Really nicely managed, and left my son happy to keeping seeing the dentist!

I’m not one to normally write a review but feel this defernatly needs one! I have a bit of a phobia about dentists! I had a extraction from another dentist and had a bad experience and was still in a lot of pain a good few days after the surgery. I thought that this was not normal so decided to get a second opinion and called manor dental practice.. I was amazed in the difference in care and treatment I received I spoke to the practice manger Sarah and she couldn’t have been more helpful and atentive, she got me booked in at the the next avalible time I saw Their dentist and he was so reassuring to me my phobia was then not an issue. I highly recommend this dentist the whole team are great! Thank you Sarah and manor dental.

I went for cosmetic consultation for bleaching and porcelain veneers with Dr Maria. The bleaching treatment was performed 2 weeks before the veneers. The 2 front veneers were made because the teeth were darker and misalinged... The treatment was performed with the cerec machine, and the veneers were ready in just three hours!! I could follow to whole procedure which was very impressive, while Dr Maria was explaining to me every step. With just 2 front veneers my smile changed completely. Awesome experience!

Excellent service - I went in for an emergency, I was told that root canal was needed, was administered medication, did the process the following week. Stress-free experience! The clinic has been renovated to very high standards - it's a pity that there aren't many photos to show this. 100% clean and tidy!

I would recommend the enlighten teeth whitening system 100%, I got the result I wanted, the trays were easy to use and sensitivity was far less than other systems I have used before.
