A couple of years ago I broke a nice crown which was not repairable. My dentist extracted the remains of the tooth and offered me the choice of either just leaving a gap, having a denture, fitting a bridge, or having an implant. The implant appealed to me as a more permanent and visually-appealing option. My dentist works closely with the implant specialists at One The Gallery and, after both had fully explained the pros and cons of implant surgery, I decided on exploring this further. I was referred efficiently for an initial assessment with the implant specialist. I found One The Gallery to be very welcoming, relaxing and encouraging with an honest presentation of the choices available. Having an implant is quite a serious dental procedure and initially I was concerned about the possibility of it being unpleasant and uncomfortable but in the end I felt very relaxed and, if anything, rather interested in everything that happened, with each stage and all the x-rays fully-explained. There was no pain at any stage. The implant healed uneventfully and after a few months I was handed back to my dentist to have the crown fitted. From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending One The Gallery to anyone thinking about having implant surgery.

Very professional practice with swift and thorough follow up as well as terrific attention to detail at every stage of the process. Vinit did a brilliant job locating the loose screw in my implant, and fixed it. His support team and Emily on reception are very welcoming. Expensive, but worth it.

Great experience from the team at One the Gallery. Didn't need to be registered to see the hygenist, just called and got an appointment. Excellent treatment and really good advice about how to improve my gum health inbetween visits. I thought good value too when you realise it's a 45 min appointment (most places are 30) and it includes air polishing too. My teeth haven't looked so good in ages :-) I'll definitely be back there for my next appointment.

I had to have treatment , as my own dentist could not fix my implant after it broke,I visited The One , but with hesitation as basically I was told it was a difficult fix, I arrived , greeted well and I was made to feel very comfortable in an environment I normal don’t, after my first session , they came up with a plan of what to do and over the course of 5 visits not only fixed my implant but sorted out the terrible work I had had done on other implants by other dentist . They stuck to the plan they had talked to me about and it worked I would recommend this practice to anyone these guys were superb and my treatment was so much better than I had experienced before , I can say best I have had and I have seen a lot of dentist , thanks the one

The first impressions of the Practice is high standard of professionalism. Nothing is left to chance here, every minute detail is thought of well and explained in comprehensive detail. Patients are engaged in their treatment in every step and are made fully aware of their treatment, cost, short and long term effects of the treatment. Highly recommended for advanced dental treatment. For those who care about their dental well being One The Gallery is among the best I have been to worldwide. Every Doctor, nurse or member of staff are very highly qualified. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The practice is on the expensive side, but it’s worth every penny if you value your health. My husband and I were referred to One The Gallery by another dentist who thought they were among the best in the UK.

I have a huge fear of needles and the dentist, resulting in me neglecting my teeth. I told One The Gallery all about my fears and they were incredibly comforting. I had appointments with hygienist and required bigger treatments with the dentist - all of my experiences at One The Gallery was truly so professional and attentive. I was given freebies to help with my sensitive teeth and given plenty of advice on how to best look after my teeth. I now have a regular dentist and a super proud smile on my face - I have fallen back in love with my teeth!!! I would (and have) recommend(ed) this practice to anyone who has any fears or shame. Everyone was so lovely truly, but a big shout out to Emily at reception, she is so lovely. The waiting is sometimes the worst part of these experiences, but Emily helped calm the nerves :-) As an additional, they also have a needle which is painless and that helped me a hell of a lot. Even after all the treatments, I felt no pain, like literally nothing!!! I didn't have to take any pain relief once. The only regret I have is it took me too long to go here, I wish I started this journey much sooner.

My hygienist Magda is a true professional and not only do I get top level treatment from her, but I learn so much about how to care for my teeth between appointments. Had a hygienist appointment with Magda as I have braces, she was very thorough and taught me cleaning techniques to look after them. She used an air polisher which I haven’t even heard of prior to the appointment and I must say my teeth have never felt cleaner. All the staff were exceptionally polite and made me feel very calm. I enjoy the advice and treatment that I have had, and I particularly would mention that all three or four of the practitioners form whom I have had treatment are excellent at explaining a symptom or problem. This is my 1st review I've ever done, I'm 15 years old and my 1st experience of having teeth taken out for orthodontic reasons. I Saw Vinit for the 1st time, he talked me through what he was going to do, he placed some topical anaesthetic on 1st, then used an anaesthetic machine called the wand to numb my gum, He made sure I couldn't feel anything before he started. I couldn't believe how pain free it was when he removed my teeth, just a bit a pressure. So on the 2nd time round I knew what to expert. All the staff were supportive and made you feel at ease. I would certainly recommend One The Gallery for their care and attention. I'm a person who suffers from anxiety, but I felt very comfortable there.

I was unlucky to need an emergency specialist root canal during lockdown last autumn, but was lucky enough to be recommended to use this practice! From the very first phone call to the check up appointment a year later, earlier this week, I was treated with courtesy, kindness and consideration throughout by the whole team. They explain everything very clearly, back it up in detail in writing, and will liaise with your usual dentist if you are coming here for a specific procedure with them. They will even call you the day after your treatment to check how you are feeling. They have excellent equipment and technology within the clinic as well. Highly recommended.

Nervous patient is an understatement. When I first made contact with the practice and spoke with Vinit i didn't know what to expect, but my experience has lead to me being the bravest I have ever been. Everyone is so lovely, putting you at your ease and the treatment I have had is second to none. If you are nervous or like me a child of the 60's who had the school dentist then I would highly recommend a visit, you will never look back. My first impressions of this practice were of a well-run, organised service: I was contacted in advance of my first appointment with information (and requests) about sensible covid protocols; this was very welcome and reinforced my view that this was a safe place. Fees were transparent from the outset. They were undeniably expensive, but good dental health treatment comes at a cost these days, especially if you want to be in competent hands, and this practice was recommended by my regular dentist who could not accommodate me in this emergency as his practice is very full and over 50 miles away. Thus, I have no complaints about the cost, and I reiterate that it was transparently explained in advance at every step of the (quite extensive) root canal treatment. I do not react to local anaesthetic well, and had a bad time after the first procedure. I contacted the practice and received daily calls (even through the weekend) to check that I was OK and that the pain was manageable. This again was first class treatment, and I felt valued and well-treated. Thereafter, I opted for the remaining treatment without anaesthetic (which always seems to be more of a concern for the dentist than it is for me!) and was absolutely fine between sessions. All the same, I received check-up calls and emails to ensure that all was well. The final procedure involved fitting a new crown, and again I experienced diligent care in both the clinical work and the admin side. Overall, I cannot fault this practice, from the friendly and efficient reception service to the excellent clinical care; I have no hesitation in recommending treatment here.

I came here with a chronically infected implant, having been traumatised by poor quality of treatment and lack of care experienced elsewhere in Oxford. It was such a different experience coming to One The Gallery; I wish I had come here in the first place. My treatment was handled most sensitively and expertly from the outset. I appreciated the time taken by Vinit to inform me fully about all the options available to me, and to listen carefully to my feelings about what felt right for me personally. I was given a range of choices, and all the time needed to consider them. While my treatment is still ongoing, I feel I am now in safe hands here. The atmosphere is so peaceful and reassuring, it is clear that everything is done to the highest of standards, reflecting the dedication and expertise at this outstanding practice.

Specialist dentistry was required to do a root canal treatment on a tooth that supported bridgework. I was worried that I might lose the bridgework with a weakened tooth. Lucky that such expert care is available in Oxford. They removed the infection, reinforced the tooth with a post and saved my smile! Thank you.

I was a super nervous patient with a long history of tooth problems. Absolutely neednt have worried at all. A lovely team of caring excellent professionals who really do want the best for their patients. From walking through the door to having a rotten infected tooth extracted I felt safe and in very good hands. Vinit is so calming and thorough and his attention to ones welfare and comfort is quite lovely. Lovely too, were the staff . Perhaps a tad more expensive than some, but worth every single penny. I am so incredibly impressed with the whole team at One The Gallery and have already recommended them to anyone who will listen! The professionalism and attention to detail is exemplary. Vinit and Kajal are clearly exceptionally well trained and good at what they do. As someone else has already said, I was quite nervous about dental anaesthetics, but in both instances (and I still have two more surgeries to go), the anaesthetic was so exactingly administered that the dumbness afterwards was minimal. Extraordinary really, compared to previous experiences in other practices. The follow up is also extremely attentive and Emily on reception is kind, calm and organised. 10/10!
