I love Temple street dental. I used to be so scared of dentists due to a few issues with teeth and self consciousness. However at Temple Street they make me feel so welcome that I truly enjoy my appointments. They are also very professional and good at what they do. Most highly recommended!!

Wow, fantastic customer from Shannon and Bernie, they both were very friendly and professional. I had booked for a dental hygienist to carry out a deep clean. My dental hygienist was Sidhika, she was fantastic, very professional. She carried out the deep clean within the time slot (45 minutes). I was also given some very useful tips to add to my toothbrushing routine. Thank you very much to the whole team at Temple Street dental practice.

Dr Mori Neshat is an excellent dentist. He has helped me improve my oral hygiene tremendously, and it is always a real pleasure to visit him. He explains all his diagnoses and treatments extremely well, going over the X-rays very nicely. I have been visiting him for over a year now and always had a great experience!

Friendly and good service. My dentist, a female was very nice. However. 120 pounds to just recement a crown without any prep work required including 40 pounds registration is just extortionate. Glueing a crown which takes 5 mins without any tools, drills or prep work is way to expensive...And more expensive than a filling and other skilled work.

The whole team manages to combine a friendly approach with good communication and professionalism which helps to take away anxiety about a visit to the dentist. The dental treatment is excellent, well-explained and further questions are encouraged to put the patient's mind at rest. I visited the surgery for help with an unexpected dental crisis and received excellent, gentle and well explained care. To add an update after my recent visit, I saw my usual dentist, Dr Tan, an excellent well-trained professional who explains everything, including your own responsibility to maintain healthy teeth and gums. And everyone there is welcoming and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

I joined this practice just over a year ago and they are all amazing! I'm really phobic of any dentist due to some horrific childhood experiences and as an adult having a filling done awake but the local anesthesia didn't work (my ex-dentist didn't believe I was in pain and I collapsed on the stairs in shock afterwards). On my very first visit to Temple, I got so scared that I ran out of the room and out the building. It didn't faze them at all and they were really supportive. Not long after I escaped, I got a lovely and reassuring message from them. They genuinely care! The next time, I talked everything through about my fears with my dentist, Dr Mori and what my triggers are for my sudden high alert - helped me vent and helped him know how to stop me running again. I felt supported and looked after as they wanted to make it a pleasant experience (if a dentist visit can be). I feel safe with the dentist I have now and he listens which is all I've ever wanted in a dentist. He explains everything and he takes the fear out of it. I'm not afraid to say I'm scared or to stop him. It's all done on my timing and that really helps as I don't feel out of control. I still don't like going but I have the trust that nothing bad will ever happen to me whilst I'm there. Highly recommend especially for phobic patients as everyone from the reception team to the nursing team to my actual dentist are all calm and gentle. I'm a patient for life !

My first check up at Temple Street Dental Practice, Dr Roberts examined my teeth and took an x-ray to find out any problems going undetected by the naked eye. My experience with Dr Kim was excellent - he was friendly, patient and thorough. My questions and concerns were all adequately addressed. I didn't have as good an experience with the receptionist though. She insisted that I pay for my next appointment even before scheduling it or confirming with me when I was available, and I still haven't had a confirmation of this next appointment even though a couple of weeks have passed since the previous one.

Asolutely phenomenal dental practice. The dentist we see is Dr W. Lau and he is honestly a wonderful dentist, he's seriously good at what he does, and is very considerate, and efficient. His patient manner when treating my young child and myself, is fantastic, as are the rest of the dental practice staff we've seen since becoming patients here. Even despite the pandemic they've continued their fantastic service to the best of their ability, and I am continually very relieved to have found them (especially after us having had really awful experience elsewhere in the past, meaning dentist visits are a very anxious thing for my child and myself). Very highly recommend this practice, and Dr W. Lau. Also I want to mention my appreciation of their willingness to make it accessible, as usually our visits used to be upstairs, but now that I use a mobility aid and informed them as such, they have accommodated this and have since had our appointments on the ground floor, which is very appreciated. Really pleased with the service at Temple Street Dental. Dr Kim is so understanding and encouraging. Was referred here for wisdom tooth removal with Catherine Sternberg, absolutely painless experience in terms of procedure and so far a quick recovery following surgery. Seen within a month of consultation. This dental practice does ask for payment either before you arrive or as a deposit in my experience, but I see no problem with this after my excellent procedure

Yesterday Catherine Steenburg removed a small mucosele on my lip. This minor op was completely painless and Catherine and her Assistant were so supportive throughout the procedure. I was impressed by her efficiency, professionalism and support and kindness throughout the appointment and the good advice given to me on the healing process. Catherine Steenburg is a brilliant oral surgeon, she did a wonderful neat incision and the cyst removal went very well and is healing well. Thank you. This is a great dental practice. My family and I have been going here for about 3 years. Rimmi is an outstanding dentist. Having come from Australia where we had private dental cover we were looking for a dental practice that offers a similar (and high) level of care that we were used to in Australia. Temple Street Dental provides that high level of care. They are also great with children. My 2 year old has loved her first couple of appointments at the dentist!

This is the best dental practice I’ve been a patient of, and since leaving Oxford I haven’t been able to find a place that comes even close. Although I was just an NHS patient rather than a private one, Rimmi’s level of care was exceptional. Best Dentist I've dealt with - been with about 3 years, and actually has made a marked difference to the quality of my teeth. Too many Dentists come over bossy and lecturing, but the advice given here was helpful, simple, and made a difference. The one downside is the cost - usually £15 to £22, and the Hygienist I had to book was £60 extra. 😳 Still: all Dentists charge, and these folks don't charge for silly, frivolous nonsense, so it is worth it. Have found other friends recommend this place too, so do give them a go if you haven't already. I don't own shares. 😉

Arguably the best dentist in Oxford, I've often had Mori as my dentist, he's kind, friendly, careful, knowledgeable, and most importantly has a light touch. Post COVID-19 I haven’t been so exited to see the dentist, but at the same time nervous. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and asked to wait outside and I will be called in a few minutes (as I was early). I was asked to Sanitise before entering and i could see how well the practice was fully Covid safe with screens and cleanliness and I was taken straight to the practice room. Before I entered I saw clean ppe freshly washed and dried and I never felt so safe and at ease. The measures that were taken were explained and the staff were so friendly and the room had been vacant for an hour and fully deep cleaned before me.. I could smell the cleaning products. Dr Bhogal was fully protected and still greeted me with a warm smile before working on my tooth. This practice is an hour drive for me but I would never go anywhere else. I have always felt at total ease when I visit (instead of kicking and screaming as a child going to the dentist) and they are the best practice that I have ever come across. The professionalism post COVID-19 was paramount and I would recommend this dental practice to everyone :)

Temple St Dental is an excellent practice. We really appreciate its efficiency and professionalism. The dentist who sees my 9-yr-old always puts him at his ease. My only quibble is this: whenever I go with my son, I am personally told off by the dentist for allowing my son to eat any sweet food or snacks. When I sent my son along with his dad instead, my son was told off, but not his dad. Seems like double standards to me.

I would highly recommend Dr Kim Tan. I had a root canal, I needed a few sessions. After giving birth my tooth was in very bad condition. Even so my treatment was on NHS I was treated equally. I have heard terrible stories from my friends how painful root canal is, but thanks to Dr Tan I must say it’s almost painless. He is very good dentist with excellent customer service skills. I had a tooth removal with Dr Mori Neshat he is very experienced. Tooth extraction was quick and painless. I visited also their hygienist, George. I am very happy with a results, worth any penny. George will explain in details how to take care of your teeth and will make you laugh a lot! Receptionist is always very nice and polite to me.

I'm probably the dentist's worst nightmare as a patient - asthmatic and anxious. I've grown more fearful of check ups and treatment over the years but Will at Temple Street reassured me and was kind and considerate and patient. I needed a filling. I don't say this lightly - this has to be my best experience of dentistry in my life - I'm talking decades. The injection was spot on. Recovery was speedy - the toothache, gone and the filling still in place and I'm writing this review 2 weeks later! Was in Oxford moving my son in for University. However travelling here from Yorkshire I started with horrific dental pain. Walked in as an emergency, to be greeted by kind and considerate staff, who got me to see a dentist within 10 minutes of arriving. William, my dentist, was very kind, considerate to my pain, thorough in checking my problem, informative as to the outcome and my solutions. He performed treatment on my root, through a crown, due to bad infection and dead nerve. I didn't feel a thing. They were quick, efficient and very caring. I had a very helpful appointment here after having some gum problems, they were very quick to see me despite all the difficulties with the lockdown restrictions, and Dr Kim was very good at dealing with my concerns and diagnosing the problem. My only issue was that as a new patient I wasn’t sure until I actually got there if they were really open, as the only way to book was an automated online service, there was no answer at reception on a few separate attempts and the answer phone message is outdated and says they are still closed until June 8th!

I had always been afraid of the dentist until I found Temple Street Dental Practice. On my first visit I wouldn't even sit in the chair until I had a conversation with the practitioner. My gums were in such a bad way that my teeth had become mobile. I was taught how to care for my teeth and gums with a kindness I had never known from a dentist and took all the advice on board. An excellent dental practice. I've been a patient here since very early on. They reception team are all friendly and efficient. Remi is a great dentist and always take the time to explain what she is doing and why. The hygenist service by Will Bromley is excellent. I always leave feeling squeaky clean! Perhaps one of the best things about this practice is the easy online appointment booking and reminder service. They'll automatically email you with a suggested dentist/hygenist appointment pair every 6 months, and send reminder emails too, making it so easy to attend regularly and keep you teeth healthy. I couldn't be happier with Temple Street Dental. Great work!

I have been registered at Temple Dental for quite a few years and can honestly admit I was not the poster - girl for having excellent dental hygiene, I knew I had teeth problems and had put it off for a while, however I received a warm, open, honest reception. I had different options explained to me from the most inexpensive to higher priced and all that entailed. I was not pushed to go for any of them. The dentist I regularly see is Rimmi and honestly would never change, she is so efficient and I've never known having a tooth removed to be so pain free! She is always updating me on different options and always has time to discuss different flossing, tooth whitener or toothpaste, etc, with no pushing to buy from them. I work with homeless people and before I left my previous job she had shown interest in coming to talk about dental care with the homeless and especially ex-addicts stating that they should be so proud of themselves for overcoming such a difficult thing and dental care should be accessible to everyone and there are always options to help. I think this is the most genuine, professional dental practice I know of and would recommend anyone who is worried or unsure to receive treatment and advice there. Even their nagging at me to floss and give up smoking is done in a kind way!

I have been a patient here for a few years and cannot recommend them highly enough- especially for nervous patients. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and there is good flexibility in appointment times. As I will explain below, I cannot thank this practise enough for all they have done, particularly as they went far beyond what was required to improve my oral health. Firstly, Rimmi has completely overturned my fear of dentists. At my first appointment she was very considerate of the fact that I‘m a nervous patient and used her hands to check my teeth instead of instruments. I was told I needed a tooth extracting which had split down the middle. Having had a very traumatic one hour extraction on a molar before, I was surprised when this was pain-free and over in two seconds. It was at this appointment that Rimmi made me aware that I had a severely incorrect bite and required braces. She very kindly took time out of her evening to write a referral request to the hospital, as due to my age (24 at the time) I would not have been considered for orthodontic treatment. I cannot thank her enough for this! As it turned out, I had several complications with my bite which required double jaw surgery and orthodontics to correct. Throughout this process Rimmi has helped me improve the condition of my teeth, correcting the mistakes other dentists had made and the problems they had ignored. I also regularly see the hygienist Will, who again is considerate of nervous patients. He works around my braces without causing any pain and still manages to thoroughly clean them. All in all, I am so grateful for the care I have received here. I trust the advice I am given and appreciate the up-to-date knowledge/skills of the staff.
