I took my 5 year old daughter for scheduled check up. The dentist Sherin and assistant Anna were very friendly and polite. Both have an excellent manner with younger patients and were very good at relaxing my daughter. Very impressed ! Clean and pleasant environment. Polite and helpful reception. Excellent service all round and I would recommend this dental practice

I have been registered at this practice for approximately 3 years. I have always been treated considerately and professionally. All the professional staff and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming. At the start of the consultation they explain clearly what they are going to do. Yesterday the 4th April I saw the Hygienist Carina and I can honestly say I have never had my teeth cleaned and polished to such a high standard. I wasn’t the best of patients but she was so good. I have been registered at this surgery for 2 years and have been seen by Nikita. She is extremely professional and caring and takes the time to explain what procedure she is carrying out. Nikita referred me to the hygienist for an air polish which was a really positive experience. All of the staff are really kind and I would highly recommend this surgery.

Amazing service since I been coming to my (multiple) appointments - want to mention Dr Raj for his expertise and the brilliant Darrion 👏🏽 I’m not the best when it comes to needles, esp when I leave my stress ball at home but Darrion made the whole experience much much easier for me. I have recently had several procedures carried out by Muhammad Noman Khokar, Muhammad explained both my options and treatments in a caring and patient manner and would ensure I understood what was happening throughout my visits. At each appointment, Muhammad would regularly ensure that I was comfortable and explain what he would be doing next. I felt reassured throughout and am very happy with the outcome.

I have been visiting Westbridge for over 10 years. In the last 3 years it has been taken over by new owners. I had booked a check up appointment. But by the time my check up was due I was in agony by having two abscesses on my tooth. A NHS root filling was planned with a private white crown. However, on the day of the root filling my dentist Rajdeep, couldn't do the root filling for a crown because my tooth had cracked all the way through and it was impossible to repair. He even seeked the advise from Mrs Sadhra who is an expert on Abscesses. I was soooooooooooooo impressed that they tried to save the tooth but in the end I had to have an extraction. I travelled 6 hour round trip to visit this practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough for their care and attention to detail and to do their upmost to try and save my tooth. From the Reception staff to Rajdeep, Mrs Sadhra, Molly & Zara, all I can say is thank you and keep up the good work and thank you for looking after me.

Been going since I was a child, and although I've had several dentists over the years, all of them have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, working with utmost care to calm any nerves a patient may have. I underwent root canal treatment carried out by Mohammad Khokar. Both Mohammad and Mary were excellent throughout taking great care to make the experience as pleasant as it can be. Mohammad explained what was going to happen at every stage of the treatment and checked regularly as to how I was doing. I can assure anyone that they will find no better treatment than that provided by Mohammad.

Booked an appointment for 21st September because I had lost a piece of my filling and was worried it would get worse. The staff were all amazing and very professional, the whole surgery was extremely clean and hygienic. Staff always used hand sanitizer, My experience with the new filling procedure, I was quite scared because I hadn't had anything done for over 20 years. The dentist was excellent with me, explaining everything as he went along, making me feel calm and at ease, My nerves quickly settled and left feeling very happy.

Excellent service! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. I rang the practice first thing in the morning in hope that they can help me, or at least recommend a way to relief the pain on my tooth. I was booked in for an emergency phone consultation with the dentist straight away , who then asked me to see her f2f. The lovely receptionist managed to book me in for later that day. SO efficient! Westbridge dental is excellent. I had an appointment recently despite the covid 19 restrictions the appointment was made for the day I phoned the receptionist was polite, friendly and efficient. The dentist, Tara, is lovely, calm, which put me at ease immediately, very gentle and knowledgeable. My problem wasn't with my teeth so I was nervous what would be revealed but she diagnosed the condition, checked with a colleague, prescribed treatment and referred my on for further investigation. All in a relaxed calm atmosphere. Her Dental nurse was also suberb she answered my questions and was very pleasant all the time. In my opinion the entire practice staff are worthy of the highest praise in these difficult times and always.

Went to have a top molar out today was worried as not a fan of the dentist. They were very professional at the reception had to fill out a form because of covid and my temperature was taken. The dentist was very good explained everything and although it was a hard tooth to remove due to the deep root that was also twisted, I felt no pain and was asked many times if i was ok. She did a brilliant job and i am very thankful it is now out. Hurts now but expected.

I have had no problem with getting an appointment for emergency dental work. They phoned me, were very polite and understanding and offered me an appointment within 24hrs. I have been coming to Westbridge for over 20 years as have all my children and I can't remember any time where I have left feeling angry or in pain. Dentists are fantastic and very professional. Would like to say a huge thankyou for the excellent professionalism and humbleness in how the dentist's, nurses and receptionist have dealt with the tooth problems my mother was suffering. They showed excellent communication skills and I would highly recommend them. Specifically wanting to thank Dr Yoanna and nurse for doing a great job in the duration of this difficult times of the COVID - 19 virus and giving her a pain free treatment. I’ve been using this practice since 1970 when it belonged to mr Gardner. I am an extremely nervous patient so my visits are usually these days on an emergency basis, however after having to have an extraction during lockdown arranged by westbridge and performed by a locum dentist had to go for an emergency check up today. The lady dentist and her assistant were beyond patient with me, they put me at ease and we even enjoyed a bit of a laugh during my visit. I was not nervous after 5 minutes , and they explained everything to me and I have to say I’m not at the moment worried about going back for my treatment in the future. I’m 61 so should be brave so well done westbridge I might get there yet .

I have been seeing Peter Otzen for over 25 years now and I have always been impressed by his professionalism. Today he extracted a tooth. He evaluated the situation carefully and could see the potential dangers (strong bones, thin roots) and worked slowly and carefully, loosening the tooth before trying to extract it. At every step of the way he checked that I was okay. I would thoroughly recommend him as a dentist. Of course things are not the same at the moment with covid and everyone wearing masks. Despite these added problems the reception staff and nurses were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Excellent service. I've been registered with Westbridge for 2 decades and throughout my many, many, many visits, I've never had cause for complaint. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient and the same is true of the dental nurses. The dentists are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. A big thank you to Sherin , with whom I had an emergency appointment last week. Aikusa, my usual practitioner was away, but Sherin saw me within 2 hours of my phoning the surgery, diagnosed and successfully treated my throbbing tooth problem. What more could any patient ask for ?

Lost my filling in April, contacted them end of July and following day had a over phone consultation. And told to come in the following week to give me a temp filling. When arrived a the practice it was all done with social distancing in a very helpful and professional manner.

I took my youngest son to westbridge dental practice with a broken front tooth prior to lockdown. I was very worried as it had spoilt his smile and he began to loose his confidence. He was seen by Dr Noman and his nurse Kayleigh who welcomed my son in a very friendly and professional manner and made him feel extremely comfortable along with explaining the damage and treatment options thoroughly. He then filled the top front tooth and i was so astonished by his work and neatness and most importantly helping my child smile again. I would be highly recommending this practice and their professional staff and will be hoping to see them soon again.

I was very apprehensive to contact the dental practice when suffering a problem with my tooth during lockdown 2, but I was treated wonderfully and had a tooth removed. I felt confident that all precautions were taken and very relieved to treated so professionally.

My previous dentist couldn't do my root canal but Sherin did it easily with great skill and pain free. She really is exceptional and I only hope they keep hold of her as I'm sure her talents will be in high demand..... Really impressed.

I am really disappointed as they keep cancelling my appointment from last three times. My family has booked appointment, they gave date which was three months from than and cancelled it 3 days before appointment and asked to book again . And surprisingly it happens three times in a row. I am about to file complain to NHS and business standard agency as they never disclose the reason of cancellation and I suspect they give more priority to cash paid patient than NHS patient . I am eager to know their response before I raised this issue with higher authority and will wait for their reply till 14 days before I make any official complain. I have visited again on 08/02/2019 and happy to see some improvement in service and attitude of staff.

Visted Westbridge Dental Pratice over the Christmas break with chronic tooth ache. I called up at 8am to be told to come and sit and wait they will see me as soon as they can.
