I recently visited the dentist and had a surprisingly nice visit. I require treatment and had a few queries, to which the nurse and dentist answered. The nurse gave me options of payment plan/finance options which I didn’t know was an option. I was emailed and printed a treatment plan which the nurse went over with me. She discussed breaking the treatment down so it was more affordable. I’d like to say thankyou to the dentist and his nurse for making what’s normally a dreaded trip the dentist where I don’t have a clue what’s going on, into a, I wouldn’t say nice visit but so much better than I was expecting and have previous had.

What a brilliant service we received today. My little one saw a dentist on wed due to pain we was sent on our way with her being referred and just told to take pain relief, by today (Friday) she was in so much pain. The receptionist I think her name was Jo went above and beyond trying to get her seen by someone, the dentist we saw (sorry don't know her name ) was the best dentist we have seen there unlike others, we wasn't made to feel an inconvenience, she reassured my little one calmly and explained everything clearly. Wish she was my family's permanent dentist. Can we please swap!!!!. Thankyou so much to all concerned.

well what can I say I was greeted by a lovely young man on the front desk. walked in to see my dentist and she was lovely, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Young nurse working with her was a delight so happy.

As a new customer to this dentist I would like to say the service received was very good. The reception team did a very good job and I received multiple communications to confirm and remind me of my appointment. The dentist was clear on what was going to happen and I received feedback on my x-rays without being pushed to have any non essential treatments.

Very good treatment from the dentist, with good advice

Had a dental examination with one of the dentists here and was very pleased. Upon entering the practice there was sanitizers everywhere and staff made sure all patients were sanitizing their hands, which in these strange times filled me with confidence. When taken into the surgical area I was asked to sanitize my hands again and seeing the dentist in all her PPE made me feel safe to know it was taken seriously. The dentist was very knowledgeable, checked my teeth, took my x-rays and went into detail of what I needed treatmentwise. I was shown my xrays, shown in detail what was going on with my teeth and what we could do to save and prevent further damage, I felt as a patient who doesn't understand most dental terminology, she educated me well. Leaving the surgery I was given more sanitizer, waited in the waiting area for a max of 10minutes after my appointment to pay and got given more sanitizer when I was leaving the practice. All in all, very knowledgeable staff, passionate about their jobs and such a friendly and happy reception team who I have had a giggle with every time I've entered and left!

I started an abces on a problematic tooth a day before taking a plane to go on holiday and went straight to the practice where , although I didn't have an appointment, the reception desk informed my dentist of my situation. Everyone was polite and understanding. After a bit of waiting, which is only normal as I wasn't in the planning, my dentist saw me, assessed the situation and gave me a course of antibiotics as well as some good advice, which allowed me to have a painfree and good holiday. So, thank you very much Beatrice and also the team at the practice? I know that "my tooth problem" hasn't gone away but it was good and a great relief to be seen and looked after so well.

friendly reception staff, both staff and dentists go out of their way to book appointments and ensure you get the best dental experience possible. I am a very nervous patient and the calming staff and talented dentists have abolished my fear of dentists 10/10 :-)

I am 69yrs old and as a result of a very bad experience when 15yrs old, whilst serving in the Royal Navy, this has given me a fear of visiting the dentist over the years. I have changed dentists so many times that I have lost count. However today I visited Herlington Dentist and had a tooth taken out by Daniel May. I have to say that, even though not something you would naturally enjoy, it was done very quick and proffesionally without too much pain and discomfort. He was assisted by his charming Nurse, Millie, who also helped to make the experience that little bit less stressful for me. I now have no fear of returning to the surgery if I need to in the future and would like to thank them both for their proffesionalism and kindness.

I just would like to say how amazing and very helpful Jo the receptionist was. It really makes a massive difference when you get some one as nice as her behind the desk. I was in awful pain with a severe abscess under my tooth and she answered all my questions and dealt with them straight away. I am truly thankful.
