D. B.After initially writing a previous review I have changed this due to having a telephone conversation with the practice manager of the surgery today, in which she explained the situation that they are finding it hard to recruit another NHS dentist and that my children are now back on a waiting list with them after accidentally being removed due to miscommunication of non attendance to an appointment. The practice manager was polite and helpful and explained that due to demand and unable to recruit staff to the surgery. I found her communication excellent and her response sincere and a good customer experience.

First class care, understanding, paitent and so much compassion for children with additional needs. The reception ladies are polite and Hannah goes put of her way at every appointment.
