I have been at Priestgate Dental Clinic since is opened. Richard and Catherine are both fantastic. I needed to have some dental treatment due to my teeth moving, Richard has been brilliant and I'm really really happy with my results. Richard assessed my teeth and clearly explained different options to me that would resolve the issue. I chose to have a fixed brace, all the information I received was very detailed including aftercare with a detailed plan of how and and when to use my retainers. Richard is clearly very knowledgable and thorough in his work and I never felt any pressure to undergo any treatment. I cannot speak anymore highly of Catherine and Richard's practice and as a family we will continue to visit. I will continue to recommend the Priestgate Dental Clinic because Richard and Catherine's work is second to none. Thank you.

Richard, Rosa and all of the team made my experience at Priestgate clinic amazing. I went to the clinic for teeth alignment and thus visited the clinic on multiple occasions. The team were were very sensitive towards trying to schedule my bookings for times that worked for me. Dental work can be quite anxiety inducing but Richard is a lovely person and a great listener. I felt confident in expressing any concerns to Richard who would invariably help put me at ease. I didn’t know I needed jaw work completing. Richard was fantastic and making sure that all I needed to do was turn up for appointments with regards to my jaw . Both my pre and post surgery treatment was so effortless. It is definitely the best dental practice I have ever used and I shall be visiting for any future work. I highly recommend making Priestgate your next dental pit stop!

My recent dental surgery at the clinic was undertaken by an extremely professional team which gave me all the support and reassurance I needed. I have always been “frightened of the dentist” but they spent the time before, during and after the treatment to ensure I was both comfortable and fully understood the process throughout. They even called me the following day to check my recovery. Prior to the treatment I had consultations with two other clinics, neither of which gave me the confidence to proceed. I’ve been going to Priestgate Clinic for years. I absolutely love Catherine, who can actually do pain free injections, and the hygienist is also excellent - my teeth are well cared for and they don’t try and push extras like some dentists I’ve been to in the past. Before I became a patient of this clinic I was incredibly nervous about going to the dentist. I had had some terrible experiences with local NHS dentists and for a long time neglected my oral health. I started going to this practice in 2020 and in the two years of being their patient my outlook on going to the dentist completely changed. Catherine is an incredibly kind, gentle and understanding dentist. She has such a relaxed approach that in my last appointment, where I had two fillings done, I almost fell asleep! My oral health has never been better and I have it all to thank to Catherine and the Priestgate Clinic!

Delighted to have taken the plunge and had both top and bottom teeth straightened at Priestgate clinic. Brilliant joined up care from the orthodontist and dentist . I am so pleased with the results even though it is uncomfortable to start off with. Their is lots of prompt support from Priestgate ,it gets easier and easier and is definitely worth it. It took less time than predicted and I enjoyed smiling for photos at my son’s wedding. Also praise to the hygienist who is helpful and encouraging without making you feel like a naughty child. Thank you to all the team at The Priestgate Clinic - we have been impressed with your service since day one. After a few failed attempts to find an expert orthodontist to help our young daughter correct her overbite, Richard and his team stood out from the rest. Always patient and meticulous at every appointment - 2 years on and our daughters smile is just beautiful - never once did she dread going or feel uncomfortable - credit where credit's due, you really are a 5 star clinic! Our teenage Son is now using the service too - again we were offered the right treatment plan to suit his needs. This clinic really cares about its patients and takes pride in their work.

I had an Orthodontic brace fitted by Richard for over-crowding of my teeth. Prior to treatment I was given a comprehensive plan of treatment which clearly and concisely showed each step of my treatment. Throughout the whole of my treatment Richard explained everything very well and was very approachable, friendly and thorough. This was reassuring and I felt confident from day one I would have great results. I saw Katherine (Dentist) who was very dynamic in her approach, carrying out what needed to be done to find out what the problem was. Katherine advised me what to do and the problem soon settled. Katherine is approachable, calm, kind friendly and puts you at ease. Katherine (Hygienist) when leaving an appointment with Katherine you really feel your teeth have had an excellent clean. Katherine is more than happy to advise with cleaning and general care. Katherine is easy to talk to, friendly and puts you at ease. The reception team, Dental nurses all could not be any more welcoming, friendly and always a smile when you arrive. They are organised, efficient and nothing seems to much to ask. My experience was perfect and I am very happy with the results! I would recommend Priestgate Dental Clinic as it is a modern, genuine, quality driven Clinic that achieves top results. Thank you!

Wonderful, homely clinic. Highly recommend! My initial consultation was with Catherine and she is a very friendly, trustworthy dentist. All staff, receptionist's and dental nurses also are very warm and welcoming. The care I have received has been outstanding. The Priestgate Clinic is a small practice, which makes it a very comfortable and relaxing place to visit. All care has been individual to my needs and Catherine always works in my best interests to ensure I receive optimal care. I had orthodontist work done by Richard a number of years ago and have been very impressed with his work. Again, he is very friendly and excellent at what he does. This practice makes going to the dentist a very pleasant visit.

Hi there, Once again I feel the need to put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) to thank the wonderful team at the Priestgate clinic for looking after my son Sam. My Son found himself in desperate need of a significant amount of dental work including root canal, extractions , deep cleans, crowns and fillings and was in a significant amount of pain. Prior to landing with the Priestgate clinic we had been on a traumatic journey from several dentists to try and resolve Sam's issues, all to no effect, when I happened to mention the problems we were having to Richard on a follow-up orthodontist appointment for my daughter Erin. I did not realise that the Priestgate clinic was not just an orthodontist specialist but was actually a one-stop shop of in house excellence for any dental related issues, all under one roof. We are now nearing the end of Sam's emergency treatment plan at the Priestgate clinic, but over the course of his treatment we have had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional skills of the followng people : Clive Moss Clive was the first specialist we saw in Sam's treatment plan and the one he was most worried about. When Sam was 8 he had a tooth extracted at Ely hospital which was an incrediby traumatic experience leaving behind a fear of dentists to this day. Clive was immediately reassuring, calm and incrediby jolly. His wonderfully warm demeanour making Sam smile and laugh which provided a welcome distraction to the severe anxiety of the situation in hand. Thankyou so much Clive for making this situation as easy and calming as possible under the circumstances. Sarfaraaz Zahid What can we say Saf, other than you are a master at what you do! Thankyou so much. The dentist prior to Saf at another practise advised we needed root canal on teeth which we actually didn't and also started Sam's root canal work and then abandoned him half way through as it was 'too difficult' , leaving him with a mouth of foam. Thankyou Saf for rescuing us! How lucky we are to have found you :) and finally to Zoe Andrew Thankyou Zoe for getting Sam past the finishing post with the wonderful dentistry work you have undertaken on him whilst at the same time calming and reassuring him. Sam and the rest of our family are so impressed with the professional dentistry at the Priestgate practise we are now considering moving the whole family across!

Best dental practice ever❤ everyone works as a team. So friendly and reassuring. If you are frightened of dentists this is the practice for you. Catherine the dentist helped me as I had a bad experience from another Peterborough dentist and I never worry now she is fantastic. I have visited Priestgate clinic today for my gum treatment. I have seen Dr Saumya Sharma. She is a periodontal specialist. She is very professional, kind and always made me feel at ease in my treatment. She took time and explain well to me the plan of treatment and made sure I understood everything.. As a patient, it is worrying time to undergo treatment, but she made sure that I am comfortable. She is very gentle during the procedure. Well done Dr Sharma. I am so glad and blessed to have found your practice and ended up in your care..... The place is so welcoming including all the staff. The dental nurse Sarah is also lovely.. thank you all once more and see you all again soon...

Had a brace fitted by Richard on top line in January 2020 followed by bottom line in March 2020, both lines straightened up very quickly and had them removed in March 2021. I've just been to have my teeth cleaned and polished with Katherine and can honestly say with all the hygiene care I've had over the year's it's the best polish ever. Well worth the money, and from the moment you walk through the door from the reception staff to the dental staff you are treated with respect. Now applying to go on Love Island with this beam 😂

Really helpful friendly staff! Richard cousley is my orthodontist along with Jenny, and they are so brilliant and professional! I am always comfortable when seeing them and they make me at ease. This is by far the best Dental Clinic I have ever attended. I was desperate to see my Dentist as I had had a large old filling at the back of my mouth pulled out by eating toffee.It was 5 o’clock in the evening not to mention a Friday over Christmas week.I rang reception in the off chance that someone would be there and WOW reception answered.The lovely receptionist listened to my plight and rang me back straight away and informed me that although Catherine was gone home she was on her way back to see me! Catherine saw me and filled in my tooth permanently within the hour!I am so grateful to Catherine and her team for relieving my pain so quickly and efficiently .I will always recommend this practice as being very friendly ,efficient, clean and not to mention a pain free experience always due to the expertise of Catherine and the team. The waiting room is comfortable and all three appointments have been on time and greeted by a dentistal assistant. I had issues with 2 teeth that NHS dentists just kept patching up with no end in sight. Catherine and the team were brilliant giving me realistic options that I could afford to fix them once and for all. All teeth are now fine and all under control after over a year of another dentist just not having a clue. Catherine inspired so much confidence that I agreed to route canal 2 weeks before the trip of a lifetime and a major filling the week before I went, confidence I've never had with any other dentist. The practice is new and is so clean and welcoming, the reception staff are so nice and friendly and even the nurses make you feel like they really care - you may think private is expensive but it really isn't in the long run - get it sorted first time here and it won't get to the more expensive treatments (unlike nhs) can't rate them high enough !!!
